Uday and jay, Monia and Akash

Opposites are the ones who attract... if the hero and heroine have everything in common, there will be no masala, no spice... no entertainment then... they would be doing haan ji haan ji to each other... and there will be nothing interesting to watch

We love Uday and Manyata because even though they are different... they have so much to offer as a couple rather than Akash and Monya, who I find extremely BORING!

I respect your opinion, but i rather see UDAY and M together and I will say this is the storyline for this show as well. In any show, you don't see lead couple falling in love all of the sudden and especially in 2 days, and what's the story afterword. In fact, M's love is nothing but the force that chikki and sony created. Even M agreed that she doesn't love akash, but her friends force her to do so, she is just in love with idea of love nothing else. And akash is actually 28 and M is no more than 19. Very big difference, but uday is 21/22. SO yeah M looks better with him and age wise it's logical and if you see today's episode you will see UV cares for her as well. It will be interesting to see how this story unfold.

to be honest, i'm not at all attracted uday's character because of his looks, they are just a bonus :P, whats amazing about his character is that he has many shades and you are left wondering what is up with this guy? there's the good and bad, but overall he is WOW - Coming to him and manyata, i bet you have heard opposite's attract that's whats going on here, they spice up because they are poles apart yet you want them together because they sizzle when they come together. Also there's so much scope for their story, manyata and uday both growing through each other, of course there's the love factor but both can be supporting factors in other parts of their life. Coming to Akash, no one is really judging him by his looks, seriously that is a childish thought, its not always about looks, acting counts also.His character is so boring - yes i might be rude here but i don't care, his character makes me yawn rather than fluttering my heart.Its not the actor's fault rather CV's for creating such a character who has no backbone, he always has one self-pity expression that eventually becomes annoying and this suddenly romeo acting just ruined what was there of his character, now he is just a confusion for me :$ than there's him and manyata, sometimes alike can be epic but that will not work here because these two have no chemistry at all - sorry but i felt like changing the screen when they both come in one screen. There already in love? now there is nothing left in their story now! Absolutely nothing to look forward too, it was all too rushed, child-like - as if manyata was just going through a phase or something.

Even I don't want to be rude but Yeah Akash's character makes me want to change the channel. Truly saying I don't even watch his parts. I just fast forward. I read about them in forum, but that is all I know about him. I am sorry but I just don't feel for this character...

What you've stated in a partner for Moniya is not a "personality trait" it's a staple everyone wants in their relationship. Fun and Outgoing Are personality traits which are interchangeable. A person can be Loving/Caring and fun/outgoing. They are separate things. The first is a staple, the second a variable.

-Manyata and Jai BOTH deserve the staples. And who is to say Uday can't Love and Care? Just because he has a rebelious streak does not mean he can't provide the staples.

2. Yes Uday is Hot. Smoking Hot. Damn Hot. Really, Really Hot. But that doesn't mean he can't be nice or kind. Akash is nice as well, he's actually a great guy. But is there room for development? Is there room for change? Is there room for conflict? Is there room for surprise? I honestly think there isn't. Is that possible with Uday? The answer is yes.

3. Yes, he loves Moniya. But will he love Manyata? That's the thing, she isn't just Moniya anymore. There is already some change there; but he's still Akash, isn't he? Uday is actually NOT after her Wealth. He wants power. The two are not interchangable. That being said, he does have an affinaty for Manyata, Uday is a charecter with great depth, and is not to be underestimated. Who is to say he can't love her? Who is to say he didnt love her when he was younger? That's what makes the story line interesting, is that they have so much room to GROW with.

4. NO that is NOT abuse. Manyata can dish back whatever Uday throws at her. She always does. she's a big girl that doesnt get pushed around. Uday knows that. Infact, if someone was looking at language alone, we could say Manyata verbally abuses Udayveer. Not the other way around. Udayveer does NOT insult her, he IRRITATES her. Different things. Their interactions are banterful and colourful from BOTH sides. Who says it has to be "I love you" first? Sometimes its a big fat "Screw You" before love happens. Have you watched DDLJ?

5. YES UDAY IS HOT. But you know what ...he is a Dynamic charecter! That's what makes him so interesting: his persona, depth, room for growth, his mysteriousness, and the fact that he has not reached his potential. AS for "Judging a book by it's cover" Well, when you just look at Uday's looks and NOT his charecter, and the potential for development, that is what you are doing my dear. Judging a book by it's gorgeous cover. Looks aside, Udayveer is dynamic, Akash is simply not.
