Even if she runs away, she'll have to come back to the mehal.. She's a princess and the royal family won't marry her away to some manager that works ina mall. Its impossible. So its very unlikely. Whatever she does, she'll end up with Uday.

In addition to that, Now Mouniya/Manyata is adjusting in her new family. She has accepted her family, since she went to visit her baba in jail and he told her truth that he had kidnapped her from the royal family, and he wanted to take revenge from them. Because Brijraj killed his daughter. But he couldn't kill Manyata because he started seeing his own daughter in her.
Manyata get heartbroken, but now accepts her own family.
She still loves Akash, but uday is determined that he'll make M his Maharani. :)
