Where are the pens? - Page 4

lolz..this is soo true..we can never find a pen in my house either when we needed and its like my duty to keep the pens where they belong 😃 ....and sometimes when we need to write the important phone #'s or stuff they either don't work or there is nooo paper close by me 😆

You are so right Lavanya. Here in US you can still find a pen at the airport, bank or post office because those are tied to strings, however finding a pen at home is impossible. Every few days I check all the pen holders for working pens and throw away the ones which do not work only to find all the working pens gone somewhere the very next day and only bad pens and broken pencils in there. I always keep one pen in my purse which has a loop for the pen and make sure that it is returned to me after someone uses it.

My husband too leaves a pen in his pocket sometimes which goes to the washer and dryer spoiling the whole load. Abhijit, I hope your wife does not have the same complaint with those pens in your pocket.😆😆

Thats great but in India even if they tie the pen with a string someone will cut the string! 🤢 to take the pen. ( Out of context but thats why the bulbs in Railway coaches have difft wattage).

Every week I too check the pens and replace the non working one's but they mysteriously find their way back and working ones now we know where they go! 😆

I have exactly the opposite problem. I always wonder where the heck did these pens appear from. I don't remember buying them ar even carrying them in the pocket when I left the house!
I guess pens of people like you do one of those Star Trek beaming thing and end up with people like me.

even i think pens follow me everywhere i go.. they just never leave.. like sowmyaa, even i am a neat freak and pens lying around bother me.

I have to go with the majority here.
I have 3 pen holders in my room so I wouldn't have to move from my bed when I need a pen 😳 , but eventually I need to walk through the entire house when I need one.... I wonder what happens to them? Should I start beliving in the Toy Story now?? 😉
