Mr. Pantie asked what turns people on. I am not clear what he means by that. There needs to be a definition of "on" first. I have stated some possibilities and RTH has expanded it with one more however its not clear. My best guess is he means what makes you energetic, excited. For example coffee and tea are considered such drinks and therefore taken in morning.

We need Mr. Pantie to state is in clear terms.

It's a good skill to have, so that not all things need to be spelled out for us.

Using how the original post was written, putting it together with other replies, and general knowledge of conventional uses for "turn on", one can easily surmise what it means to be "turned on". Hence, reading comprehension came into the picture. That's all. 😆
