I think you did not get my question, Pantie. My question is what do you mean by "on". Is it something from what I mentioned or is it what others are speculating i.e. something to do with bodily changes in context of human reproductive system. Once you define it then people can answer specifically.

What I mean by "on" is you as an individual, what stimulates you from the mind, body, or soul. Bodily changes in context of the human reproductive system can be perceived as that, but it is only one of the factors. Does this clarify? πŸ˜‰

I am not clear how reading comprehension skills came into picture? Can you clarify what you mean by above.
Mr. Pantie asked what turns people on. I am not clear what he means by that. There needs to be a definition of "on" first. I have stated some possibilities and RTH has expanded it with one more however its not clear. My best guess is he means what makes you energetic, excited. For example coffee and tea are considered such drinks and therefore taken in morning.
We need Mr. Pantie to state is in clear terms.

Sure. Reading comprehension can generally be described as our ability to understand what we read. Reading ignites various cognitive processes...where we put together vocabulary, recognize words in relation to each other, and outside knowledge which all lead to comprehension of what's being said.

It's a good skill to have, so that not all things need to be spelled out for us.

Using how the original post was written, putting it together with other replies, and general knowledge of conventional uses for "turn on", one can easily surmise what it means to be "turned on". Hence, reading comprehension came into the picture. That's all. πŸ˜†

I asked Pantie what he meant by "turns you on". I dont understand whats the big deal and why are you and others trying to see something funny in it anyway. It seems Pantie's idea of turns you on is indeed wide range and not what some stated. So yes it was worth asking for clarification.
