It certainly will, as the Aussie players will talk to the government to do something.

Cricket is a religion in India and Australia.....there is no way that boycotting Australia in cricket would have no affect.....

Issue#1: We live in a secular country, everybody has a right to practice their religion/beleifs, but that applies to your personal area, your home. When you are in a public space dont carry your religion in such a way that it creates, a hazard for someone
Issue#2: I dont support what Shivsena is doing here. I see a lot of people really angry with what is happening in Australia and want to retilate and have been talking on the lines of what Shivsena is threatening. I give them credit for atleast acknowledging the issue and picking a fight rather than our ministers who just warn and threaten. I think IPL is a showcase Indian venture. It generates a lot of power for our cricket board that we can use to bend any cricketing nation in the world, like sending the message to the Pakistani establishment😉

What>> they wear a burkha for a voter id?? 😲😲 I am surprised!!! An ID is something unique..how can one differentiate between two people if both of them wear a burkha and get themselves photographed?? Never knew this fact! I am so glad that the new rule has come to existence..Better late than neveR!!!

Regarding the IPL issue, well i guess all political bodies are using IPL as footage for propoganda purposes. Pakistanis are using the pretext for their own benefit while Shiv sainiks are using it for their advantage!!🤢 Now Chidambaram is voicing his own unrequired opinion. Let the sport be! Its a business venture and should be taken at that!

When I was little I was pretty much the same way. 😆😆 I was born and raised in Saudi for about 8 years. I couldn't wait to grow up so I could start wearing a Burqah. It's sad that now that I live in USA I don't do any of those things.🥱

I have heard many say they feel liberated when they cover as they no longer have to worry about what other people think. I wish I could do the same. But I am a total show off. I like showing off my hair, my clothes, my shoes.

Perfy, dont you think part of why you wanted to wear one is bcoz you saw your friends and family, your mom wearing one?😳 I know I wanted to wear a saree so bad when I was little, simply because I wanted to experience it, and most of it was bcoz i was trying to copy my mom😊
I know from some of my friends, that sometimes they just want to wear loose clothing and not have to cover themselves up so much simply because they have to.
I wish they would just relax the laws and leave it upto the woman to choose whether she wants to wear one or not instead of making it a norm😃

A burqa covering the face while being photographed for ID purpose is absolutely ridiculous and self defeating. At other times its best left to the woman's choice .
As for banning australian cricketeers i feel it wud have been more effective if we had boycotted the educational institutes in Australia by refusing to send our students there. That wud have hurt Australia economically & saved the prospective indian students planning to study in Australia from further brutal attacks.

In a way if India does too much of a "tit for tat" it does not make sense as it can have negative results.
Best is let the Govt to Govt matters be handled accordingly.

I agree with SC decision of removing burqa for getting photographed as the reason is very logical as security of country is concerned.

I think the Burka should be changed to something white in colour so that it is not so hot.😊
But they should be given a choice to cover themselves if they so desire, but it should not be mandatory.

People do wear burqas of diffrent colour also.
But I guess its black because white can be transparent or something.
Yes,but its not that if one is a muslim then one would be wearing Burqa. But mostly it is percieved as such. Its not like that its forced on everywhere. 😊
