IMO, choreographers make better judges than dancers 😳 I have all respect for MIthun Da for his work in films and how he motivates the contestants, but he is not even qualified to be a judge.

You need someone like a Shamiak Davar or similar figure who has done extensive work in choreographing dance numbers, has learntand trained different stylez of dancing. A choreographer is like an architect and he can judge the minute details of the performance right from costume to expressions. 😊
