But are we sure it is a fake pregnancy track? If it is, yeh khatarnak idea Swa ka hi hoga... stupid girl that she is, apni khud ki bali chadwa legi... bakri ki tarah

I hope its not. But she will be aware of the plan. Adarsh has kept her in dark about this matter.

If its real, then she may lose it during the bomb blast but it doesnt look from the precap ...both Abhay and Adarsh were sad !

It may be true. Abhay and Adarsh may just be worried because she was advised against a pregnancy because of her heart condition? Because a fake pregnancy really sounds stupid at this stage...
