I m wondering the same thing...unable to reach to any conclusion..but yes he is definitely trying to convey sum thing abt Adarsh

Ok. I think he is saying... He can't always be the soft person.. Always be humble..shantidut type and the mute one also what he always seems to be.. That means he can stand for himself or against any one.. He is able fight for himself or for freedom..
