Point was not to bash or take away RRs credit..Point was that when it comes to certain teams, everyone jumps in and react without considering the facts. You can never generalize a team based on speculations. I do not think RR or CSK are cheaters but both didnt deserve to win anything as long as court case was yet to be give verdict..thats not fair.

However, how can you call RR and CSK for cheaters? Owners are not the same as players..owners has access to player list etc.

I kept silent because me being CSK fan commenting will come out wrong for others but couldnt help when you generalized the team. There is a reason for why this case has been dragged for more than one year..if they have solid prooof and evidence..they would have suspended the franchise directly and gave final verdict which is yet to happen. The players are Indian team players, do you think they would get involved and put their entire career and future at stake for the sake of local team when they have achieved bigger things on national level?

RR and CSK were allowed to play because of the TV rights, both teams has players who are brand...MSD, Rahul Dravid, Sachin, Kohli, Viru etc are brand names and add values to IPL and teams.

If those players or teams associated with them do not play, it will be hard for IPL organizers to sell tickets, tv rights, sponsors etc.


IPL has been money making business from day 1 so I do not believe everything is fine shine there😛.

Like Sanju wrote - a team is either hated for the players, jealously or owners.
