I am starting this thread for a Cricket Prediction Game. All you have to do is make a prediction.

It can be about
a) a winning team
b) batsman scoring 50 / 100
c) best bowling analysis

All you have to do is make your choice and give a brief 'reason why' to justify your choice.

Mumbai Indians vs. Southern Redbacks.
Kingsmead, Durban is also known as South Africa's fastest pitch. Redback has very good bowlling attack, and on the other side MI had lost a match already, and other than Sachin no one is in good form.
So, my pick is Redback will defeat Mumbai Indians today

This is my prediction.

Both team has lost their opening games. The Bushrangers who have been billed as one the tournament favorites will have to win to get into SEMIs. The 2 dangerous batsmen as Hodge and David Hussey will make it extremely difficult for Central Stags to win.
My pick for the match -
1. Bushrangers will win
2. We may see Hodge hitting 50 plus

Chennai Super Kings Vs Wayamba Elevens
It's again Dhoni's strategy v/s SriLanka. CSK have already shown their strong performance against CTS and WYB have lost a match against Warriors.
So, my pick - Chennai Super King will win the match

Desperate Mumbai Eye Victory
Skipper Sachin Tendulkar and Coach Jonty Rhodes are disappointed with the team fielding performance in their last match. MI has strong batting line and has to put it all in their last chance for entering to Semi finals. Guyana on the other hand, with a game in hand still stand a chance to qualify for the semi-finals but it will be a huge climb for the team from West Indies.
My pick for today's match - Mumbai Indians (Duniya hilla denge :) )

A battle against in-form teams - Redbacks vs Royal Challengers Bangalore
Redbacks appearing as one of the strongest team is against RCB – the team in imperious form. With a settled batting line-up and a dangerous bowling attack Royal Challengers have the edge. It is going to be very tight, but 'Rain' will play the most important role today :)

Its South Africa against New Zealand today!
Warriors of South Africa will take on New Zealand's Central District Stags in the 1st game of Saturday. Warriors won both their the games and now they are eying to confirm place in semis with one more win. Central District Stags on the other hand are yet to win a match and they are almost out of the tournament.
Captain Davey Jacob has already shown his dominating presence in all the matches.

Chennai Super King vs BushRangers
Bushrangers may face an early exit from the Champions League T20 as their opponent for today's are in incredible form. CSK with great performances in all areas are top contender for Finals.
My pick - Its Dhoni always. He is the king of T20

Wayaba Elevens Vs Central Stags - A game for Pride!!
This is the final opportunity for both the teams to restore some pride. Both teams have faced consecutive defeats and only one can have the pride to win a match, i.e. tonight.
Central Stags are showing good batting form despite of all the defeats, whereas Wayamba Elevens are getting worse as a team.
