I have an old computer at home .. whenver i start it . it syas choose one of three options ( i cnat remember which one) something liek safe internet without internet.. or other computer will choose automatcly in 25 seconds.. when i choose safe one or any one of them it says there is an error. and i have another computer, soon as i start it freeses

What happens when u choose the other option?

Usually something is installed wrong on your computer thats why this thing comes up.

I think you should do something called a restore point (dont do this if you dont know too much about cpus😛), or you can have a tech person reformat the cpu..

Sorry if i couldnt help much..

Also, run your virus program then restart etc..Or can you not log in all the way?

My Norton antivirus is expired. how to permanently removed it? i tried from add/remove software for remove it but after that renewal message always pops up. waiting for your reply.
