thanks a lot . but i don't have those options.below the popular caste cid development team is shown .below that is the page nos. of the thread and from there start the global announcements and cid & cid SB important topics. there is no new thread button.

It is not 'New Thread'. There is a button which says 'New Topic'. Pls check.
