some people are looking for the chairman of the office for some fraud of 15 crores rupees. avani the secratory and amar the other employee tell the people that the chairman would be there soon. amar is really tensed and goes to meet avani to ask bout the chairman Mr. sid. just then they hear the noise of glass breaking and avani thinks that sid jumped out of window and committed suicide and she gets shocked.. all the people and staff hear the noise and come in the room. they dont see the body anywhere near there and so they go to check on the main road. they see the peices of broken glass but there is not body. CID team reaches there.

they try to figure out where sid's body is. they try to ask the staff but they do not know anything as they did not see sid jumping off the window. only avani had seen him but she had gone under a state and all she said was sid..sid and cried...the watchman said that sid's car was not there and neither was sid's driver around and so that meant sid did not come to the office.. everyone is confused as to how can a body disappear in the air
there was road work going on there and so they pressume that the body must have fallen on some truck and may b the body was still in the truck.

vivek and fredric try and find the truck.. they find the pieces of glass in there but there is no body. whlile the people are discussing about where the body is, sid's body falls from the building.. on checking the building they find out that sid jumped from the terrace of the building and not from his office..

in lab dr. Niyati tells the team that sid did not commit suicide as before sid died he was given chlorofom and so that meant that he was murdered.. no knew anything about how sid died and the only person who knew was avani but she was not in a condition to tell them n e thing..

team decides to go to avanis house and check if they can find anything there. at avani's house they found some shaving cream n some other men stuff.. avani looked at it and again started crying callin out for sid.. also from avani's room they find some confidential papers.. the papers were about a fake company who had taken those 15 crore rupees from sid'scompany.. they also find out that the company was on the name of sid's wife.

sid's wife tell the officers that sid was not ready to spend anything of his wife or children and so with the help of sameer the companys accountant, she managed to get 15 crore rupees from the company.. they also find out that sameer was avani's boyfriend.

the team reaches sameer's house with avani.. sameer had packed his bags and was about to leave.. avani on seeing sameer starts talkin and is very happy to see him safe.. team tries to arrest sameer but he denies of killin sid.. but then he given in and says he is ready to go with them but b4 that he wants to see his mother last time as her condition is not good.. they let him go..

sameer has been away long and so abhijeet and daya starts checking his bag.. on his passport they see his full name, Sameer Ishvar Dawar aka sid.. avani used to call sameer sid and so he was the one who was there in the office when the glass broke and when avani thought he had died she had mental shock.. they go n find sid hiding.

when taken to bureau he confesses of having killed mr. sid.. he tells the team that he wanted to commit suicide cuz people had been asking him about 15 crore fraud and he couldnt take it any more so he broke the glass but when avani called for sid he thought he wuld kill sid instead and so everyone wuld think it was sid who did the fraud and commited suicide.. but ofcourse he got caught..
