Why i am demoted to newbie from groupbie

When posts are deleted, the rank falls. Because the last CID Video Archive was deleted, I'm guessing you lost a lot of posts and that's why your rank fell.

Why do you want to delete your account? 10 more posts and you'll be back to groupbie again.

because again if some one delete any topic i will again got to 25 posts mean (well of death).

No, no. It only happens if you have hundreds of posts in one topic. Plus the video archive that was trashed was a one-time thing. That won't happen again and again.
