Downloading from first page here is fine

But if you download from tge archive it is more convenient as link is listed with the episide

The Case of Reluctant Killer has .flv extension.

What's .flv extension? It's not playing in VLC player and Windows Media Player plays only audio. Can it be converted into mp4?

Try Quicktime. If that doesn't work, then you can also convert using clipconverter.cc online. FLV usually works for me if I'm playing it on Quicktime or if I plug it into my TV or phone and then watch.
