When was the last time I praised these writers for accomplishing something good? I cannot recall it.
But I've no bitter feelings for them tonight. Hats off to them for writing such a gripping episode.

Lift scene ki to baat hi kuch aur thi..!

Aur wo zeher se kaise bache wo wala chorke pura epi mast tha. Abhijeet was looking so much dashing and handsome in jacket with muffler round his neck!! (He is always dashing but in that look kuch jaida hi,,,)

Pura epi hi interesting thi. I didn't feel bore for even a second!

The lockup scene between Daya sir and KD was damn awesome. Loved how the former tricked the conspirators. 😃

My Review:

I loved that beginning scene of Abhijeet and Purvi in ACP sir's house. It was a lovely scene as ACP sir praised Meghna and then Meghna asking for help and ACP sir's concern. But I can't believe that an ashram can look like a mansion. And even though he tries to control his emotions, he still can't.

I liked how the investigation began immediately rather than spending a lot of time on starting the case. And yes they had a perceptive Abhijeet again! I missed that so much! Maybe they should do some more combinations or bring some people from Contiloe over. 😉

Just watching the trio, Dr. Salunkhe, and Purvi hard at work was a nice change. It wasn't just surprises in the investigation. Everything was brought out through investigation, not surprises. And the team was distributed nicely.

And I liked how Mahaguru was someone that finally was powerful and not just a regular criminal. And there were 3 of them. Too much! 👏 And the idea of a mastermind much more powerful was good as well.

I loved watching KD Pathak and Mrs. Billimoria after so long. I miss watching Adaalat suddenly. I might just start watching it again for this reason.

The whole play with Meghna's phone was well shot.

I like how Abhijeet and KD Pathak investigated together. Well shot scene like the elevator scene and the bar scene. Someone please make some avis of them together. These two are truly awesome and especially together.

The suspense was well maintained. In fact it was another factor that kept me hooked to the whole movie. And the prosecution was strong as well this time. Usually in Adaalat, Jaiswal is the prosecution and Adaalat watchers probably know what I mean by Jaiswal. 😉

The best twist was arresting KD for bribe and murder. That brought CID and KD together suddenly. I just wish Varun was there as well. And then the whole game with Daya taking the bribe on was well-done as well.

Sayantani as a bar dancer. 🥱 I'm sorry but after seeing her ego and selfishness in Dare 2 Dance has made me angry at her. I don't like her anymore.

Meghna's look-alike as a criminal was a great twist as well.

I'm glad that Abhijeet and KD weren't acting of drinking, but had actually drunk it. I'm tired of the YSPT and OTT stuff. The whole climax was too good. Those last 15 minutes of just Abhijeet and KD. Haye. Maar dala mujhe. 😳

The only part I didn't get was how no one recognized Balsara. I thought he was an Indian judge.

But anyways I can't promise it, but I'll try and make caps at some point for this lovely episode.

I enjoyed it. I thought 3 hours maybe dragging but they had a nice story in hand. I think this one was made by Adaalat makers because they had written 'case number'. Not sure if this can be counted as a cid episode. Check out the episode number of tomorrow's CID on Sonyliv and confirm.

I liked the KD- Abhi scene in the building and KD-Daya scene in the jail. 😃 I do wish they had shown how the poison effect wore off, though.

So many humshakals was also unimaginable. 😆

I wish Abhi had also visited Daya in jail. 😛 I missed Freddie and Varun in the entire proceedings.

Overall it was entertaining. I don't mind seeing more crossovers in future.
