Me too not that good at languages, actually my grandparents and father used to stay at Gujarat earlier (duty bound), and sometimes they converse in Gujarati at home, that's why I had a little idea about the language...but I was also confused as never thought shreshtha being a word in Gujarati as well😛

I just made out this much - saiyada sounded like "sada" (forever) and shreshta of course means "most superior" in pure Hindi as well. As most of our regional languages co-evolved closely, it's not too hard to make out the meaning upon looking closely.
