Written Update: Masoom Dost I

A lady announces that the city's long standing dream was taking form today as the long waited Skyleaf Caf was being inaugurated. A couple drives up the caf and is greeted by the lady. The man, Ketan tells his wife Niharika that she knew very well that he didn't like such show offs and asks her to leave the place. Niharika says that it wouldn't be nice if they left the place just like that. Ketan gets angry when she asks a staff what he would eat and moves away from that place. Niharika gets a phone call. Due to weak signal, she moves out asking Mrunal to manage with Ketan till she returns. She comes out and tries to catch the network. While she bends down to pick up hher fallen phone, a gun shot is heard and a glass shatters scaring people away from the place. Mrunal rushes out to find out about Niharika and gets shot.

The CID team arrives and Abhijeet sir asks Sachin to search for the bullet while he and Shreya ask some details. Niha says that she didn't know what was happening around her and could not see the killer. Ketan says that they didn't know many people in India and that they were staying in London since 10 years. Niha says that the call was from her friend, Kareena. She also says that she had come to India to sell her parents' left out property. Abhijeet sir says that this fiasco might be revolved around the property.Ishita is controlling the news reporters while Nikhil here, finds a bullet. Abhijeet sir asks how her parents died and she says that her parents died on a road accident and Meetha and Saketh had caused it. Ketan says that he had heard that the two, too were dead soon after. Nikhil shows the bullet to Sachin who tells that the bullet was one that was used in rifles. Shreya informs that Kareena's phone was switched off. Abhijeet sir suspects that the bullet might have been fired from the building, opposite the caf. So they go up the building to find out from which floor the bullet was fired. Sachin finds 3 shells and a chocolate wrapper and calls Abhijeet sir, who on checking says that it was easy to aim at Niha from there. He asks Mayur to pick up the finger prints while they go and inquire the watchman who says that he saw two men with guitar bags going up the building. The 3 cops then return to the caf where Shreya is requesting the reporters not to release any news about the inauguration. Niha is scared about a second attack. Abhijeet sir calls ACP sir.

Abhijeet sir tells ACP sir everything that happened and also the intuition that Niha might be attacked again. ACP sir asks Abhijeet sir to send Kavin and Ishita at her place to stay with her. ACP sir is again driving while he gets a call from an Abhay, whom ACP sir had met just 2 hours ago. He says that hhe badly needed help as he was in danger. He agrees.

In the bureau, Abhi sir id worried about ACP sir and Nikhil also informs him that nothing was known about Kareena. Her family had broken relations with her long back. She currently lived in Saranj Nagar and the house was locked. Vansh was keeping an eye out there. Abhijeet sir says that if she was really a friend then she would have called Niha later and not switches off the mobile. Karan tells Abhijeet sir that the fingerprints on the chocolate wrapper did not match with the records. Abhijeet sir orders that all the instrument shop be checked.

Kavin and Ishita are in Niha's house. Niha shows the workers of the house after which Ketan asks her to go the room. Ishita gets annoyed by the way Ketan asked her to go. Kavin says that he wants the police verification of all the workers. Ketan is quite rude to the team and shouts at Niha to go. Ishita also moves and so does Kavin.

Daya sir, Freddy sir, Purvi and Pankaj inquire at the instrument shops by faking their names. Finally they find the shop they are looking for and the man says that he was in splits when that guy had bought 2 guitars. Daya sir asks if he had heard anything and he says that he overheard him talking to someone about going to a night club. Daya sir buys a guitar and says that they must find Dhenchu to accomplish their task.

ACP sir reaches Abhay's house and ABhay says that someone's life was in danger and only he can help him now. He tells everything.

Dhivya enters the bureau telling that she had got hold of the CCTV footage. On playing it, Abhijeet sir spots a beauty parlour lady and another guy with a bakery bag in their hand talking to the watchman. Vansh enters bringing in records of Mita and Saketh. On seeing it, Abhijeet sir is shocked to find that the people on the paused video and the record were one and the same. He concludes that someone had spread the rumour of their death and that only the watchman can disclose it.

In Niha's house, Kavin is speaking to his senior while he suspects as to why the lady, who was appointed to cook, was cleaning the floor. Just then, Niha's foot slips and she falls from the staircase. Kavin catches hold of her and Ketan then scolds the workers for being careless. Kavin finds a nylon thread that had caused her to slip and fall. Kavin says that he was sure that it was one of the insiders' work.

Abhijeet sir, Sachin and Shreya arrive at the Caf and speak to the watchman. He says that the two people asked so many questions about Niha, lke where she came from and all. When the watchman told them to ask her themselves, they hurried away leaving their bakery bag there itself.

Daya sir, Freddy sir, Pankaj and Purvi inquire about the bakery and parlor. Purvi finds the parlor and gets inside. The owner calls a Sona, who according to CID was Mita. She goes in for a manicure. As Purvi buttered her with her words, she asked her where she worked earlier to which she responds that she was in Bhopal. On finishing she requests the owner for Sona's number and she gives it.

Meanwhile Daya sir too is in the bakery when the owner calls a Micky, who was actually Saketh. Daya sir says that he wants a cake for his sweet friend, Ratanchand (Freddy sir) for his birthday. Micky (Saketh) apologises for not delivering it properly last time. Daya gets his number lest he should lose his way in the middle.

Abhijeet sir Nikhil, and Pankaj ask Dhenchu what he was doing there and he says that he was going to become an actor. Abhijeet sir asks him to help them to find something and Dhenchu seems to correctly find it. He says that the name of the club-in-question was Maroon Night Club.

Daya sir, Purvi and Pankaj meet at the road to exchange the information that they had collected. Daya sir asks Pankaj to wait there while he and Purvi went to check up.

Daya sir, Shreya and Nikhil come inside the club in disguise where Dhenchu stood waiting for them. Shreya turns her camera in such a way that it focused on the couple at the far end of the club, paying money to two men. The men leave the club and Dhenchu follows them. Sensing it, they turn around and Dhenchu films a good act to make them believe by saying that his boss wanted to kill someone and wanted to hire them. The two men told Dhenchu to ask his boss to meet them at a certain signal, the next afternoon.

A man sneaks into Niha's bedroom and tries to attack her. At just that time, Kavin attacks the person and they fight but the man escapes. Niha pleads to Kavin holding his hand. In the hall Kavin says Ketan that his wife was attacked. He shouts at everyone and orders her to go away. Kavin seeing a scratch in Ketan's neck asks him what happened to him and he says that he had injured himself in the bathroom.

Dhenchu is waiting at the place, watched by the CID team. The 2 men arrive as promised. Dhenchu says that his boss couldn't come and so he had sent him. The men take him to their hideout. Dhenchu shows them the photo and they all burst with laughter at the target. The target was Niha. The team enters just then and they are shocked to see the couple at the club, dictating there. A mass shootout takes place and they all get caught.

Mita and Saketh are hurrying inside a house and they seem panicked about something. Mita opens the door and the close the door within a fraction of the second after getting inside.

We see ACP sir sneaking across a lawn to around a house checking up for safety. As he reaches one particular door and goes near it, it explodes with a mighty force throwing ACP sir to a few yards away...
