And now it's time!!! It's that time when we start the awards, bring out the winners, and pull everyone's leg. But first two disclaimers.

Disclaimer from Shreya: Everything being said and done below is a work of my imagination and I'm saying sorry in advance in case anyone feels bad. Sorry.

Disclaimer from Debasree: I made all the award siggies. I have done lots of experiments in it as Shreya's categories are very difficult. Please don't take any siggy personally. It's just a creation of a creative mind. I have no intention of hurting anyone's feelings. Apologize if my creation hurts you.

Ritesh: Kya kaha tha?

*In response Shreya turns to look at the screen as a flashback flashes across the screen.*

Ritesh and Abhishek accept their presents and leave.

Shreya: Aur aap sab ko bhi good night! Shaba kher! Agle saal phir milenge, kuch naaye awards ke saath, kuch naaye performances ke saath, aur kuch naaye hosts ke saath.

Ritesh (from backstage): Never! Agle saal bhi hosts hum dono hi honge!

Shreya (clears throat): Right. Kher. Phir milenge. Tab tak ke liye enjoy!

*Back in the present.*

Ritesh: YES! Dekha maine kaha tha naa! Ke hum hi wapas aayenge! *starts doing a victory jump*

Abhishek (clearing throat): Ritesh hum aage bhaade?

Shreya (looking at Ritesh as if he's a weirdo): Right. Umm...waise I hope ke tum log akele yeh sab sambhal pao. Main jaa rahi hoon bhetne. Dekhte hain iss saal tum log kya kya karte ho.

*Shreya leaves the stage and Ritesh and Abhishek take over.*

Ritesh: Haan toh kadardan meharban sahiyaban"

Abhishek (cutting him off): Ritesh tum koi madari ho? Yah main koi bandar boon?

Ritesh: Nahi toh.

Abhishek: Toh phir tum ek madari ki taran kyun baat kar rahe ho?

Ritesh: Oops sorry.

Abhishek (rolls eyes): Tumhari wajah se yeh dekho yeh sab log hansne lagenge. *He motions to the audience who is laughing.*

Ritesh (confused): Toh acha hai naa. Hum toh yehi karne aaye hain naa?

Abhishek (rolls eyes): Nahi. Hum yahan pe CID Forum Awards ke liye aaye hain.

Ritesh (still confused): Toh hume karna kya hai?

Shreya (yelling from the audience): Abey wohi jo tum log Zee Cine Awards main karte ho!!!

Ritesh: Matlab yahan bhi hume sirf hosts ki taran bulaya gaya hai?

Abhishek: Abey haan! Ab aage bhade?

Ritesh: Haan bhadte hain. Pehle kaunse set of awards hain?

Abhishek (consults paper): Pehle kuch Character Awards hain.

Ritesh (confused): Matlab ab character certification pe bhi awards dene lag gaye hain hum log?

Gadhadada (losing cool): Abey Character Awards yani CID ke officers ke naam pe awards hain!

Ritesh: Oh sorry. Main zara confused ho gaya hoon. Iss baar awards ke naam hi itne confusing hain.

Abhishek: Socho hamari jury ko kitni pareshani huyi hogi awards chune main.

Ritesh: Iss baar ke jury pe kaun kaun hain?

Abhishek: Iss baar jury kafi baari hai.

Ritesh: Haan toh naam batao naa.

Shreya (laughing): Arre wah Abhishek! Tum par mera asaar ho gaya hai lagta hai!

Abhishek (surprised): What?!! Nahi!!!!

Ritesh: Tum Ekta ki heroines ke pet pe laat kyun maar rahe ho?

Abhishek (confused): Maine aisa kya kiya?

Ritesh: Itna loud or long Nahi toh Ekta ki heroines hi keh sakti hain.

*As everyone is laughing, Varun and Siddharth enter the stage, causing many girls in the audience to faint.*

Abhishek (seeing them first): Abey tum dono yahan kya kar rahe ho?

Shreya (waking up from her faint): Maine bulaya hai! Tum dono bahut pakao ho! Ab yeh dono character awards announce karenge. Guards!

*Before Ritesh and Abhishek can object, the security guards enter and carry them away.*

Varun: Haan toh hello girls...and boys. *Shreya faints again after glaring at anyone who dares to faint or comment.*

Siddharth: Hello girls and boys. *A couple of girls faint as Shreya gets up.*

Varun: Toh aaj ka pehla Character Award hai for the ACP Pradyuman of the Forum. Aur nominees hain...

Shreya (indignantly): Excuse me?!! Lazy?!! Who the hell wrote the nominations?!!

Snehal (standing up): I did.

Shreya (angrily): YOU?!! That's it. Ab tu mere agle story main Ekta bahu banayegi!

Varun (cutting in): Girls, girls. Can we please concentrate on the awards?

Siddharth: Toh iss award ko dene ke liye main stage pe bulana chahonga CID ke ACP Pradyuman ko yani Shivaji Satam sir ko!

*Satam sir enters the stage with an award.*

Satam sir: Namaste. Aur ACP Pradyuman of the Forum award jaata hai...VISROM and KHOTASIKASHREYA ko.

*Satam sir exits the stage.*

Varun: Aur next award hai...

Siddharth (consulting paper): Abhijeet-Daya of the Forum. Aur nominations hain...

Shreya (still angry): Snehal I'm counting this! For every annoying nomination spiel of yours you get another ghatiya role in my stories!

Siddharth (cutting off Shreya's rants): Aur ab hum bulana chahte hain unhe jo iss award ko dene ke sab se zada hakdar hain.

Varun: Put your hands together for Aditya Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty!

Gadhadada: Main bahut khush hoon ke main list main nahi hoon.

*Several audience members roll their eyes, as Aditya sir and Daya sir enter the stage.*

Aditya sir: Namaste. Kaise hain sab?

Reshma: Ab tak toh thik the aage pata nahi!

Daya sir: Kyun?

Shruti: Kyun ki aap dono aa gaye ho!

Snehal: Nahi yeh maine nahi likha. Yeh zaroor kisi aur ne likha hai.

Shreya (glaring at everyone): Kisne?

Soni: Maine.

Shreya (shocked): Tune?!! Maine kya bigara hai tera?

Soni: Mujhe aapne story main dobara include nahi kiya.

Shreya (crying): Sab mere dushman hain yahan pe.

Varun: Aur yeh award dene ke liye hum stage pe bulana chahenge Dinesh Phadnis ko!

*Dinesh sir enters the stage with the award.*

Dinesh sir: Hello everyone. Aur Freddy of the Forum award jaata hai...GADHADADA ko!

Siddharth: Aur ab bari hai BP Singh of the Forum award ki. Aur nominations hain...

Varun: Wah! Iss baar Sri tum comment nahi karongi.

Shreya (glumly): Nahi. I give up. Yahan sab mere dushman hain.

*Before Ritesh and Abhishek can say anything, Varun and Siddharth run off the stage.*

Abhishek (looking after them): Yeh dono aise kyun bhaage?

Ritesh: Obviously yaar. Inhe pata tha ke humse ache hosts ho hi nahi sakte hain iss award ceremony ke liye.

Abhishek: Toh phir thik hai. Chalo aage bhadte hain next set of awards ki taraf.

Ritesh: Aur next set of awards kaunse hain?

Abhishek: Member Awards.

Ritesh: Member Awards. Yeh kya hum"

Abhishek (quickly cutting Ritesh off): Arre bas bas Ritesh. Hum aage bharte hain aur pehla award announce karte hain.

Ritesh: Aur yeh award hai The Yeh Dosti Hum Nahi Todenge Award. Waise gana acha hai naa. *starts singing* Yeh dosti hum nahi todenge...

Abhishek (joining in): Todenge dum magar tera saath naa"

Shreya (cutting them off): Abey bas! Kya hum sab ki jaan loge!

Snehal: Thank you Shreya!

Abhishek (clears throat): Haan toh hum chalte hain iske nominations ki taraf.

Ritesh (confused): Descriptors ko kya ho gaya?

Abhishek (confused): Mujhe bhi nahi pata hai. Shreya, Snehal, Soni, tum main se kisne likhna tha yeh?

Shreya: Not me.

Snehal: Main bhi nahi.

Soni: Not me.

Abhishek: Yeh lo. Matlab iss award ka nominations board hi kisi ko nahi mila tha.

Ritesh: Toh koi baat nahi. Hume kya hai? Hum yeh award dete hain.

Abhishek: Waise Ritesh tumhe pata hai CID pichle 16 saalon se air ho raha hai. Aur recently isne 1000 episodes complete kiye the. It's a feat which no other biweekly show has reached.

Ritesh: Really?!! Arre yeh toh bahut bhadiya hai.

Abhishek: Aur issi ki khushi main aaya hai yah next award, which is the 16 Years of Fanism award. Iss award ke liye koi nomination board nahi chahiye hai. Kyun ki really jis jis ko nomination mila hai unhe sab ko yeh award milna chahiye.

Ritesh: I totally agree. Chahiye nominations saare match nahi karte hain lekin phir bhi. All of these people deserve a standing ovation for their undying belief, love, and fanism!

Abhishek: Toh hamare 16 Years of Fanism ke winners hain...nahi, nahi, nahi. Yeh award hum dene ke hakdar nahi hain. Yeh award dene ke liye hum bulane chahte hain...

*As the two are talking, Salman and SRK enter the stage causing many fans to faint.*

Ritesh: Waise ab waqt aaya hai Shreya ko wapas upar bulane ke liye.

Salman: Kyun?

Abhishek: Usne hume kaha tha ke usse kuch announce karna hai.

Shah Rukh: Acha yeh baat hai. Shreya aa jao.

*Shreya comes onto stage.*

Shreya: Agar aap logon ne notice nahi kiya toh main notice karwati hoon. Shah Rukh ne kaha tha final award for this category and not for the night. Woh isli kyun ki main ek award laayi hoon.

Abhishek: Woh kaunsa hai?

Shreya: Peeche dekho.

Abhishek (hiding tears): I refuse to cry.

Ritesh (crying openly): You can refuse all you want. I'm going to cry openly.

Salman: Toh chalo Debasree please stage pe aa jao aur aapna yeh award le kar jao.

Shreya: Aur ab main bulana chahongi stage pe Siddharth aur Varun ko bhi.

*Siddharth and Varun come on stage.*
