in Azkaban where the movie scored over book was in that time turning part in the end it was beautifully shown. then the book had several hippogriffs whereas the movie has only one. I preferred the movie version.
The later books were too long to show in one movie. Hence they suffered. in goblet of fire book they dragged the blast ended screwts bit. I stated to get bored.

In Order of phoenix Harry's emotional state wasn't shown well in the movie. The book portrayed it better.

Even Deathly Hallows Part 2 .. the books had the post Voldemort part given well unlike the movie where I felt the endi g was abrupt ..

Azkaban .. exactly like you said .. the movie showed it well ..

I loved sorcerers stone and half blood prince a lot in terms of both movie and book .. I love the way Harry, Hermoine and Ron are introduced .. they look so adorable ..

Half blood prince also both movie and book ... fabulously written

I liked how the book showed Harry's initial reaction to Ron becoming prefect. He thought he was going to get it.. And initially feels jealous. . then he convinces himself that he shouldn't spoil it for his best friend. I loved that 😊

between duo even such a tiny hint of jealously is not seen. 😛

of course duo are grown up. Harry and Ron were teenagers. That maturity would come much later

I also preferred the movie version of the Grey Lady scene in Deathly Hallows. Felt more impactful and dramatic. And also the scene in OOTP when the centaurs attack Umbridge and she requests Harry to tell them she means no harm. Coolest comeback ever - "I'm sorry professor, I must not tell lies." 😛
