Scene: Road, late night

A lady is chased by goons. She runs asking for help. A man comes forward to help her. The goons assault him and run away with the lady.

Scene : A house

A lady is walking, tensed, with a gun in her hand. She's waiting for someone. She hears a car coming into the house and peeps through the keyhole. A lady addressing the man in the car as sir' asks if they would land in any trouble. The man says everything will be fine and ring the doorbell.

Scene : Another house

Amit (the guy who tried to help the lady in distress) rushes into the house of his friend Kunal and tells him that Avantika bhabhi' is in trouble as some goons were attacking her at Pratap nagar. Kunal is surprised and tells him that Avantika has gone to a beauty parlour in Sunder Nagar. Kunal calls Avantika but there's no response. They decide to go to the beauty parlour and check if Avantika is ok.

Scene : Beauty Parlour

Kunal and Amit reach the beauty parlour and find Avantika safe and sound. Amit tells Avantika that he had seen a lady resembling her being chased by goons.

Scene : The house where the old lady was walking with a gun.

CID vehicle comes to a halt. Rajat, Freddie and Pankaj come out. The caretaker of the house Umesh comes and shows them into the hall of the house where there are 3 dead bodies - of the lady who was walking with the gun and the man and woman who reached the house in the car. All of them had been shot.

Rajat asks Umesh as to who the 3 people were. Umesh says that he doesn't know who they are and how they had entered the house and why they were there. The owner of the house Kumar stayed in London and he (Umesh) used to visit once in a while to clean the house.

Rajat checks the lock and finds that it has been tampered with. Pankaj finds a gun under the sofa. Rajat opens the gun and finds all the bullets intact, meaning this was not the murder weapon.

Rajat finds the shoes of the dead man a bit odd and mismatched (wonder why he never found Abhijeet's attire mismatched 😆). Rajat says that such shoes are often worn by surgeons and from the neatly cut nails of the man, he presumes that the dead man is a surgeon and asks Pankaj to find from the missing persons list if there was any matching report for the 3 dead persons.

Rajat finds footprints with mud in a corner of the room. He asks Pankaj to take the sample of the mud to Salunkhe.

Freddie goes out to ask people nearby if they had seen anyone lurking around the house. He talks to a paan shop man. While talking a pickpocket tries to pick Freddie's pocket. Rajat comes behind him and catches him. The thief apologises. Rajat asks the thief if he had seen anyone near the farmhouse. The thief says that a taxi had come there and a man and a woman had got off the taxi. Rajat shows the photos of the 3 dead people and asks if the people who arrived in the taxi were any of them. The thief says that it was none of them. He says that he remembers the face of the lady in the taxi. Rajat asks the thief to help in making a sketch of the lady.

Scene: Lab

Salunkhe tries to get fingerprints from the gun when Pankaj comes in and says that the gun's owner was Anuj (something eashwar) and that he had filed an FIR that his gun was stolen a week back.

Salunkhe says that the footprint sample found in the murder spot contain propolis, (Propolis is a resinous mixture that honey bees collect from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources). This meant that the place from which the murder came had lot of honeycombs.

Freddie comes in and says that the dead lady's name was Ramola and she was a maid in a house in Vaishali nagar. Her employer Kunal had filed a missing report. (Kunal - Avantika's husband) He also shows a sketch made by the thief.

Rajat decides to visit Kunal's house, hoping that he may be able to throw some light on the lady in the sketch.

Scene: Kunal's house

While talking to Kunal about Ramola, Kunal's wife Avantika comes in. Rajat is surprised as her face matched with the one in the sketch!

Rajat asks her what she was doing in the farmhouse near Sirsi Road. Avantika denies having gone to any farmhouse. Rajat asks her to stop pretending and asks her why she had murdered Ramola. Avantika starts crying and says that Ramola was like a mother to her and she would never dream of killing Ramola. She says that she was in a beauty parlour in Sunder Nagar at the time of murder. At that time Kunal tells Rajat that his friend Amit had seen a lady who resembled Avantika in Pratap Nagar.

Rajat asks Kunal to call Amit, but Kunal says that he had left for Indonesia on a vacation. Rajat shows them the photos of the other 2 dead people. Kunal doesn't recognize either of them.

Avantika says that she had gone to a doctor with Ramola the previous evening.

Rajat says that he would come back if he needs any more information. While walking out he gets a call saying that the other 2 dead persons were a doctor and a nurse who worked in Cherry Floss' (??? Didn't get the name) hospital.

Scene : Hospital

CID team shows a nurse the photos of the dead persons. She recognizes them as Dr Manas and nurse Kavita. The nurse says that the doctor and nurse were present in the hospital at 7PM. The doctor was performing an operation. The nurse calls a ward boy who was present with them at that time. The ward boy says that while the operation was in progress a man and a woman had come to meet them. After the operation Manas and Kavita went somewhere. Pankaj shows the sketch and asks if the lady resembled the one in the sketch. The ward boy says that the lady had covered her face with a scarf and had worn dark glasses, so it was not possible to identify her face. The lady was sick and the ward boy himself had called an auto rickshaw for them. Rajat asks him where they had gone in the auto. The wardboy says Gul Road' (sorry, the names are not clear at all)

Rajat asks the ward boy to help in making a sketch of the man.

Scene: Bureau

Freddie suggests that Avantika is the culprit. The ward boy makes the sketch. At that time a fax comes from the mobile company showing Ramola's call records. The list shows 10 missed calls from an unknown number. Rajat call that number, but the phone is switched off.

Pankaj comes in with the information that he had gone to Gul road and there is a place nearby where honey is extracted from honeycombs.

Scene : Gul Road

Abhijeet, Rajat, Freddie and Pankaj ask around showing the sketch made by the wardboy. One man says that the guy is Mangal and takes the CID team to the place where Mangal was staying. The man says that Mangal had paid double the normal rent for the house and was staying with a lady who never stepped out. CID team finds this fishy. The man takes them to Mangal's house and leaves.

CID team rings the bell but Mangal doesn't open the door. They break the lock and enter. The house is vacant.

CID team searches the house. Abhijeet finds a used injection syringe (used for insulin) in a dustbin. Freddie finds a medicine bottle. Pankaj finds a mobile number scribbled on a paper in Mangal's pant. Rajat finds a ring on the floor and remembers that he had seen Avantika wearing it.

Freddie meanwhile phones Salunkhe and asks about the medicine he had found. Salunkhe tells him that this was used for a special type of diabetes. Abhijeet says that this type of disease is rare and the medicine would also be rare and hence it would be easy to trace the people who buy this particular medicine. Pankaj finds out that the number scribbled on the paper was that of a taxi company. Abhijeet asks Pankaj to find out whether anyone had booked a taxi from Mangal's house.

Meanwhile Rajat gets a call that the unknown number found in Ramola's call list was that of a film actress named Sheena. Freddie says that her films never did well. Abhijeet asks Rajat to call the actress' secretary and find out why she was calling Ramola.

Scene : Film set

Rajat, Freddie and Pankaj find Sheen's secretary Sanket. Before CID team asks him anything, Sanket asks them whether they knew where Sheena was. He tells CID team that Sheena was missing since 3 weeks. Rajat asks him why he had not filed a missing report. Sanket says that it was common for Sheena to vanish for many days and come back on her own. Rajat shows Sanket Ramola's photo, but Sanket says he doesn't know her. Sanket says that Sheena had a debt of 70 lakhs. He also adds that the last time he had seen her she was very happy and sat in her car to go somewhere, but then changed her mind and went in an auto. Sanket leads the CID team to Sheena's car which was parked since that day. CID team searches the car and finds that the fuel indicator showed a nearly full tank. Rajat finds it odd that Sheena left the car there and went by auto.

Rajat asks Sanket what was the time when Sheena had left in an auto. Sanket says that it was around 5PM on 17^th Sep. Rajat asks Pankaj to find where was Sheena's phone located on 17^th September after 5PM.

Rajat asks Pankaj to keep an eye on Avantika and check if she was still wearing the ring which was found in Mangal's house. Sanket listens to this conversation.

Pankaj in disguise follows Avantika everywhere. He finds her wearing the ring. He phones Abhijeet. Abhijeet finds this surprising.

Scene: Bureau

Abhijeet and Rajat discuss the case and wonder if someone was trying to trap Avantika. Freddie comes in with the taxi driver who had picked up Mangal. The taxi driver says that he had dropped off Mangal and the lady (with face covered) near Jwala road.

Scene : Deserted road

Rajat tells Abhijeet that Sheena's mobile was last detected in that area. CID team finds an old, dilapidated building and decides to check it.

CID team finds that it was a deserted hospital and also had an operation theatre. They enter the operation theatre and find it fully functional and clean. Rajat wonders why only this room was clean when the rest of the building was in ruins.

CID team finds a bag with some papers. Abhijeet sees one particular document/photo and is shocked. (They don't show us what it is)

Abhijeet asks Freddie to find any ward boy/nurse/employee of the hospital and bring him/her to the bureau.

Scene: Bureau

Freddie comes in with Dr Abhishek who was working in that hospital. He is surprised that the operation theatre was still functional. Abhijeet shows Mangal's photo to Abhishek and asks if he knows Mangal. Abhishek says that the man in the photo was not Mangal but Dr Gaurav. Dr Gaurav's licence was cancelled due to malpractice.

Rajat gets a call about the special type of diabetes and the names of 3 patients who were suffering from it. One of them turns out to be Avantika. Abhijeet suggests that someone was trying to plant evidence against Avantika, just as s/he had planted the ring in Gaurav's house.

Abhijeet calls Kunal and asks them where he and Avantika were. Kunal says that he's in a charity function and would call back after the function is over.

Freddie comes in saying that Pankaj had found Dr Gaurav's whereabouts.

Scene: A bus

Dr Gaurav is seen talking to a woman who has covered her face. He tells her that he did all this for their good. He goes out to buy water and threatens to kill her husband if she tried to escape.

When Gaurav returns, he finds Freddie sitting on his seat. Rajat and Freddie arrest him.

Scene : A bridge(actually stolen dynamite bridge 😆)

Kunal and Avantika arrive in a car. Rajat is seen waiting for them.

Rajat brings Dr Gaurav out of the vehicle and asks Kunal if he knows him. Kunal denies knowing Gaurav. Rajat says that Avantika knows him well, but she too denies it.

Rajat then asks Pankaj to bring the lady (who was seen on the bus with face covered). It turns out to be another Avantika! Kunal is confused.

Rajat says that the fake Avantika had acted well, as she was a professional actress. On hearing this the Avantika who had come with Kunal pulls out a gun and threatens to shoot Kunal. Rajat shoots at her wrist. The fake Avantika and Gaurav are arrested.

Scene : Bureau (confession)

The fake Avantika admits that she's Sheena.

Abhijeet says that he knew it the moment he found her bag in the old hospital which had photos of her before operation and after.

Gaurav says that he was in love with Avantika from her college days and wanted revenge.

Sheena had gone to Gaurav for a small surgery on her nose, but Gaurav knew that Sheena's career was ruined, hence he suggested that she change her face to that of Avantika's and start living with Kunal and escape from repaying all her debts.

Everything was going as per plan, but when the fake Avantika went to see a doctor accompanied by Ramola, her blood report showed that she didn't have diabetes. This made Ramola suspicious. Therefore they killed Ramola and Avantika's doctor.

Abhijeet says that they would get phaasi for this.
