@Deba, But Now its all abt the Voters.who are not related with CID forum.But,Are just here to Vote..They are Not intersted to see what other Activities going on CID forum..

In other forums i never ever saw any discussion thread on banner during Voting Round...Once i noticed in one Banner contest that the banner which got maximum Votes in Round1 was not present in Round 2..Bcz the spellings of the show was wrong..So, it was disqualified..But It was very much clear first in main banner contest Thread..that Must Check the spellings of the show name..otherwise ur entry will be disqualify...

@Vis, I understood what ur meanings...Infact the banner i like the most don't have CID logo..and which have Logo..I m not liking it at much..there are so many Caps or mixture of Pics...which i don't like..I like the simple and very clear Kind of banner for CID..but maximum peoples like Banner having so many caps..So, there are so many issue such like that revolving in our minds..But in that we can't get what we exactly want...

That's why I have not removed the banners from competition na...please go ahead and vote for the one you like the most.

Well atleast i didnt pay attension to this while voting. But its important to have a logo. I agree its unfair to the participants. Only way is asking the participants to redo. I am sure others participants wont mind. Also its the privledge of the DT to decide what to do

It's not that simple...you have to make space and fit in the logo...the entire look of the banner will change. I am telling from my bitter experience with banner making. 😆

yes logo should be there. I feel the size of the logo to be immaterial. It can be big or small.

I guess I too must have voted for non logo banners. I have to check this as I have logged in just now. I was ill so could not take part in discussions earlier. For future reference this can be a good marker. But as of now , guess extreme actions taken may not be nice as votes have gone both ways.

But, I do feel logo is also a part of CID.

things like this do happen. I was invoved in a contest once and many things were not thought off before announcing the contest. When the contest got going, we realised quite a few things cropped up that became a massive bone of contention. SO we had to allow many things and make a compromise that year. It was a tough one. The participants too realised the havoc created and cooperated. But the next year went off without a hitch. But when it happened it was not a welcome discussion. I just wanted to share this as it is tough on both sides just now. Lets all ride it through and get a win-win situation.

I think redo can be possible...i checked the 2 banners very carefully...there is some space where logo can be adjusted...

Yeah i also think that DT can take their decision...
