Theek hai yaar...
See, I saw the episode fully the very next day.
As far as I could see...Sudhakar knew that the dead man was the bank manager. This was a very important piece of information which he should not have concealed from Abhijeet. From his mannerisms, Abhijeet probably knew that there was more to the story than what Sudhakar was saying. That's why he asked 'yeh sab hua tha na Sudhakar'. At that moment of Sudhakar had opened up and admitted the truth to Abhijeet, he would have been more helpful.
More and more clues were being revealed - like fingerprints on the bag, Sudhakar knowing the bank manager etc. If all these were revealed by Sudhakar, Abhijeet would have trusted him.
It's always the case - the truth should be revealed by the concerned person. If someone finds the truth through other means, they lose trust in the person...it's true in CID as well as real life. I myself have faced many situations where I have been angry with people for hiding facts, even though everyone knows it. Any person in such a situation would feel cheated and lose confidence in the other person. When someone is really angry, they may shout and express it, or may bottle it up and remain fuming within. Abhijeet is of the former type.

Yeah... If they come to know the truth from some other means they lose trust... But you can see that abhi sir didnt trust him from the beginning... Even before he found any clues against sudhakar... he did check the gun and no bullet was fired from it yet he behaves with sudhakar as if he was the person who murdeted that guy...

Tell me something what do you have to tell about the way abhi sir spoke to freddy regarding taking out information ... And the way he spoke to dr. Salunkhe reg the finger prints... concentrate on expressions...
Wasnt daya sir right in asking that he wants sudhakar to be declared guilty...
Even at this time when the ott level has reached its peak... You dint see such an expression from acp sir...
You see an angry expression from acp but not the one which was on abhi sir's face

Xactly...that's the main reason for which Sudhakar hiding all the truth from them...ACP sir was absent but if he present then may be Sudhakar can speak the truth...i remember there is a dialogue of Sudhakar - Agar ACP sir hote to woh jarur meri baaton par biswas karte (cant remember the exact dialogue but it's like that)

What is the beginning ? Police calling Abhijeet and telling him that Sudhakar was caught refusing to co-operate with checking and there was a lash in his car? Any cop would wonder why sudhakar tried to avoid being checked.

Yes... You are right... But abhi sir could have considered it to be his foolishness...and not his guilt...
Sudhakar clearly explained as to what happend on the highway... When they couldnt find car that doesnt mean that he is guilty... There could be another reason...and he didnt have to behave with him like that...

Now that you guys have watched the complete case... I found a thread which was not explained... What aboutthat car which they found at that house... Was it the villains car???? But the lady says her husnamd died 2 months ago... Then how did the car appear in the highway???

Or law says No man stands guillty till proved

What Abhijeet was doing was declaring him guilty without actually proving it

You all start this argument exactly when I am off the internet and on mobile with my typing abilities severely impaired. 😈

Abhijeet didn't declare him guilty without proof. Sudhakar was caught with a body in his car and before that he had tried to dodge checking. The first information given to Abhijeet was probably by the policeman there.
Abhijeet had to do his duty without making it look like CID was favouring Sudhakar. He had to act impartial. A common man lying or conceaing information is one thing and a CID officer doing it is a different thing.
Coming to Abhijeet asking Freddie to extract information - obviously Sudhakar was not telling Abhijeet the truth. How could he get the information out? By taking the help of someone who was friendly with Sudhakar. That had to be Freddie. If Freddie were a bit more sharp, he would have tried to get the information out before Abhijeet said it. Abhijeet was explaining to Freddie that he had be shrewd. Behave as if he was helping Sudhakar and extract the truth from him.
Come on...this is a very common practice. I have had such experiences in my own job which was not related to crime in any way. It is all office politics. Leaders have to use such tactics, whether you like it or not. That doesn't mean all leaders are scheming, backstabbing guys.

No Sudhakar didn't explain very clearly. Abhijeet didn't suspect Sudhakar at that point. There was something about Sudhakar's story which didn't ring true. We all know that Sudhakar was concealing something...Abhijeet probably sensed it and was probably wondering what it could be.
The story about Sudhakar taking 5 mins to hunt for a house and return back to his car and within this 5 minutes, the other car vanishing and the body being put into Sudhakar's own car didn't ring true. There's also the issue of when the man was shot. If the man was shot when Sudhakar saw him injured in the car, how come Sudhakar didn't notice the bullet wound? If he was shot during these 5 minutes, how come Sudhakar didn't hear the gunshot? These are all questions which would have been going through Abhijeet's mind. The jigsaw didn't fit in properly and that's because Sudhakar was not revealing everything. Hence Abhijeet's suspicion.

Ok...this car belonged to the lady. Sudhakar gave the number of the car he saw, but that number plate was a fake one which the thieves had put on the car. Incidentally it happened to be that of a real car, whereas normally we would have seen Freddie saying 'number plate nakli hai sir' as soon as he checked with RTO.

Proof was not analysed by Abhijeet with calm logic. He lost his temper. Temper is the worst enemy of man kind

And after all Sudhakar was not guilty na in the end but he condemed as being so
