A van is driving with a coffin when the cops stop the van. The inspector asks the van driver Solomon where he is going. Solomon says he is going to Goa to deliver the dead body . After checking the papers they let Solomon go. Solomon reaches Goa and the house where he hears lot of wailing. He asks a person if this is George Pinto's house and the person says yes and he is the older brother. Solomon leaves the coffin which has George Pinto inscribed on it and is about to leave the place when George Pinto's dad calls him back and says that the body is not of his son.
Akshay walks into the bureau and he sees a girl there and as usual Akshay decides to flirt. He asks her as ACP is not around what help he can be of. Before she can say anything Ajathsatru comes there and says that she is the new inspector Ashwini ( is bp singh running of actors as this actress came before as a beach model so not sure how she became an inspector overnight) Akshay tells Ajatshatru that there are 3 people waiting for him outside.
George's brother tells Ajatshatru that Solomon was supposed to be bringing his brother's dead body but when they opened the coffin it was not George. Solomon says that he does not know anything besides that he was given the body and he was asked to go to Goa and deliever it and the third person along with them is the one who gave him the body. The third person says he was George's roomate. He does not know why George commited sucide . He said he called the cops and they took the body for postmortem and the next day he retrieved the body and gave it to Solomon . Akshay asks if he did not verify if it was the right body and the roomate says he was too tensed to remember . George;s brother says that he wants his brother's body as he wants to do the final rites.
Now the entrance of the second member of the CID SB team Sub Inspector Kushal ( I like this actor as he has good comedy flair like Akshay so I hope together these two will entertain us in this show) Ajatshatru asks him what he is good at and he says that he is a racketball champion and he has got a lot of medals. (Ajatshatru and Akshay smile here and they look cute. Shaks not sure if you got the pic) Ajatshatru asks him in CID SB what he is going to top at and Kushal says investigation. Ajatshatru asks him if he is nervous and he says no. Then Ajatshatru says then you will start working on this case from today with Tejali and Ashwini. He says that they are great officers of the bureau ( ashwini just joined so how can she be great already. Did bp singh go by experience that she has acted in 4 other episodes of CID and hence based on that she is senior😕)
In the hospital the doctor is telling Kushal and Ashwini and George's brother ( where is Tejali...how are they sending new officers all alone oops I forgot Ashwini has a reputation already so that means she is not so new)that there is not a possibility of change in bodies. Kushal says apparently there is some interchange of bodies but the doctor says that is not possible. George's bro gets angry and he says that within one hour he wants his brother's body.
In the forensic lab Dr niyati ( is she already back from vacation...is that what vac was all about 2 days break 😆) is explaining to Tejali and Ajatshatru( Shaks tejali is back but anju watch out she was supposed to be with Kushal and Ashwini so what is she doing with Ajatshatru. have you noticed for the past many cases she is always with Ajatshatru and that too in the forensic lab and its never mypoor Akshay is that because he is not ot flirt with Niyati 😳) that the body ( this is the coffin body that is not George's ) has been dragged as there are marks all over the back and also the neck has some marks too . Niyati continues that is not the reason for the death as per the Xray the chest has a lot of water which means that he has died due to drowning.
Back in teh hospital they all go to the morgue. The doctor asks the ward boy Munna if he has seen the person on the picture ( from where did this picture come 😕 and who's picture was it . I think it was George) Munna says no and the doctor tells them that this body was never here. Kushal asks him to bring the register where all the records are kept. In the register the doctor says that they got 17 dead bodies that day of which 10 people have claimed the bodies. Ashwini asks to see the 10 unclaimed bodies.The doc shows them 5 bodies and George' brothers tells them that noone is of his brother. Ashwini asks where are the other 2 bodies and Munna says that they have been sent to be creamted about an hour ago. Teh doctor says that within a month if the bodies are not claimed they creamate them ( Again a oversight these are all bodies that have come the same day so how is it only 2 were sent to be cremated and not all )
Back in the forensic lab Niyati is telling Tejali and Ajatshatru after cutting the stomach that there is something that looks like fruits or vegetables. She then says lets look in the mouth for more clues and there she finds a seed of a grape. She tells Ajatshatru that now its job to find out which variety of grape has a seed like that and who sells that and where they are got and how this man ate it ( Whats up these days that they take some randome small thing like a seed or matchstick and expect to search the culprit. If it was so easy all culprits should be behind bars) Again Niyati taunts Ajatshatru and says let me see if the CID SB is able to find such a small thing. Ajatshatru is all smiles( Anju this episode you need to watch as I have never seen Ajatshatru smile so much ever) and he tells Niyati whats up lately with all the challenges you have been throwing at us. But never mind he accepts this challenge too and he will find out which grape has this seed.
Tejali finds out that the grapes variety is californian grapes that is used to make wine and is not grown in india. Tejali says that inIndia Nasik is where grapes is grown maximum and that maybe from there they will be able to find out who imports this variety. Ajatshatru tells Pratap ( thank god he is there I was not sure with the two new inspectors Ashwini and Kushal if any of the old timers are not there. That reminds me we have not seen JAsmine yet) to go with Tejali and find out more about these grapes.
In the hospital the doctor calls the cremation place and tells them to not burn any bodies. Kushal and Ashwini go to the cremation grounds. Bob comes to the bureau ( oh wow he is also there now cannot wait to see his reaction on Kushal 😃) and he does not see anyone . Akshay is praticing shooting and he sees Bob . There is as usal a funny scene between the two. Akshay tells him as its the holiday season he wants to give him a gift. There are 4 option and he can choose one. The first one is car , second is paisa , third is CID SB job and fourth is dinner date with Jasmine. Bob says looks like the job is really difficult. Akshay says its not difficult its just to stay one night with dead bodies. Bob says he cannot do it Akshay then tells him if JAsmine got ot know then your reputation is not going to hold with her any more. Bob thinks ( this was a superb expression) and remembers when he gone with JAsmine dressed as cook and wife.
Bob goes to the morgue and gets scared. Mannu comes there and asks him what he is doing there. Bob tells that he wants a body for medical college and he will give money. Mannu takes him to another room and calls someone and says that he wants body. When Mannu turns back he does not see Bob and he thinks he got frightened and disappeared. He turns out the lights Bob is actually in teh room lying as a dead body. As he gets up he hears a noise so lies down. They show a guy walking into the room with a knife in his hand
