oh gawd....i had a similar thing on mind ye😆.......i wouldn't have mentioned it if anyone else hadn't....nug did so yah i gotta say the same thing...and hmm...farah...don't blush!😆😉
okay....now seriously....one thing.....do NOT ever go on sleepins pills....they are addictive....once you get the habit....you will rely on them always.....and it will be hard for you to get rid of them later on....some people can get rid of them....but MOST cannot.....so please don't try them....
listen to slow songs at night with your eyes closed....nevermind if the battery runs out while you're sleeping because your sleep is more important....i mentioned this because i get sleepy like that...sometimes it takes an hour but at the end they do get me sleepy....and when i sleep...all of a sudden i'd wake up in the middle of the night...i'd remember that my ipod's on so i'd turn it off and go back to sleep...
close your eyes and imagine something...example think of what will you do when you meet your mister perfect...how'd you two first meet...........or just about other things....
btw do you have headaches?
