You are so right. As you mentioned in another thread few days ago, Avina were not even shown at Sangini's launch party. Now that nothing is working for DJ and Zee, both are asking them to appear on their shows. So, that's why SBB and SBS suddenly had Avina's high profile interview during DJ's Maryada party. Same with Zee. Wasn't there another show of Zee (RMJ or something) where Avina were shown in a marriage ceremony or something but were not given any high profile coverage compared to other Zee serial stars. Now, after their trip to US and Trinidad, suddenly Zee is inviting them and publicizing their appearance.

Your carrot theory is up to the mark. Rather than using these carrots, they should introspect on why they ruined a good show and shut it despite its higher ratings.
