Yeah, I felt the same way re Mri's lukewarm "plan" knowing the way she said those big words, her big rolling eyes and "jwalamukhi" utterance ... all to make sure that Dev never gets to return in time ?!?! Hello ??? I also wondered how she could be so sure that saasu will indeed ask only Dev to go to Vri PB .... birju could have gone ?!?! Anyway ... that chapter is a sad and an on-going MIRVI (shall we, telly ?! 😉 ) saga ...... that needs some kind of closure .... IMHO ....

In today's epi lot of predictions were right on the money .... Like few times before this time also moi was going to predict yesterday (but didn't !) that "THE PHOTO" shot will be the very last scene of the last part, so that DJs keep us hanging in the air ... again ... 😕😕
The first part is so sweet between our RaDev and our universal daadi ... The KC ceremony comes to a close and according to age-old rasm radhika bends down to touch her dev's feet but he stops her and says that our rishta is baraabar ka rishta .... we are equals .... Radhika reminds him that it is her dharm ... Daadi intervenes and tells her pota ~ this is my choti bahu's adhikaar ... isse tum to kya, kissi ko nahin chheenane doongi ... I wont let anyone, not even you, take that right away from radhika ... Our Dev has to bow down to and agree to Supreme Court's (daadi 😉 ) order !!
Scene changes and true to his RP persona and sanskaars, Dev apologizes to bhabhi mri for being late in getting her MS to her ... Well, again I felt disgust and a knot in my stomach when Mri throws her MS to hubby, saying it's too late anyway ... Daadi and everyone has a look of shock and dismay .... seeing that ... (Hope vaish learns a lesson from this, and starts noticing the humongous difference between two of her DILs ...)
Daadi is now ready for the next step of taking measurement of radhika's hands to transfer vaish kangans as per purohit rasm ... which smart daadi had already brought with her, unbeknownst to vaish .... Why does vaish has that strange look on her face, again ????? Again, it's probably nothing .... she must have felt odd that maaji didn't even talk or ask her about something so important .... (Well, me not going to put too much stock in it ...)
Radhika tries the kangan on and they fit her perfectly, while mri/vaish look surprised and worried....
Right then, finally wretched amma makes her appearance and wishes radhe radhe to samdhanji and everyone ..
Daadi notices that the kangans fit radhika perfectly and vivek tells ma that all her jewelry is going to fit radhika ... one more shock (?!) to saasu-to-be ..
Daadi suddenly finds her reminiscing the December scene when same kangans had fitted radhika beautifully since vish was missing as usual even at that rasm ... And daadi says ... Saas and bahu ki bahut achhi jodi hai .... last time also these khandaani kangans got entangled ... I should have understood and realized that time itself that only radhika is my choti bahu ... Radhika and devki look at each other ... as if daadi said something ... words full of premonition ... words that were so true ... and both looking worried and concerned ...
Amma as usual retorts and says the words that only befit someone like amma .... ab galti pichli baar huyi ki ab ho rahi hai ... kaa pata ?? Who knows whether it was the last time or this time that a mistake is happening ???
Daadi addresses her samdhanji, as if making her understand something buddhi does't even care to know .... that CHOODIYAAN OOPARWAALA HI BANA KE BHEJTA HAI .... BAS, HAMEIN KABHI KABHI UNKE SANKET SAMAJH NAHIN AATE .... ❤️ 👍🏼 OMG ! How beautifully said .... (only God makes bangles up above and sends them ... only we do not have the capacity to understand HIS ishaare, HIS signs .... sigh !!)
While everyone is getting ready to leave, daadi asks radhika to go see if dev is in the aangan ...
Radhika walks over to her aangan and Dev chupke se comes around and holds her beautiful red choodiyon aur kangan waale haath .... ❤️just like he did in December (or early Jan ?!) ...
OMG !!! What a sharp contrast and difference between the two scenes and shots !!!! It's as if the two beautiful souls had an eternity and a lifetime of experiences and maturity between them .... It's as if the two went thru life's burning trials and tribulations, only to come out as taraasha huya heera and sona ....
I bow and salute the DJs for their foresightedness, creativity, acumen .... they truly deserve to be called, recognized, approved, certified as .... CREATIVES, in my very humble opinio (IMVHO) !!!
Here, what just happened and follows ...... is something I consider probably not only the HIGHLIGHT of this epi but all the epis combined, of this soap called CHOTI BAHU .....
When Dev held her left hand first time, he "thought, knew and felt" that it was his DG's hand .... saari kaaynaath (eternity ?) was on one side, and that shot on the other .... Today, repeating the same shot didn't just reinforce the truth of RaDev true love thousand-fold, but it tells us mortals that FAITH CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS .... And we witnessed just that ....
The beautiful harmonium and sitar plays Teri Har Jhalak Mein, but unlike all the previous times, this time it is played only instrumentally .... The impact, the feel, the effect it generated .... is undescribable .. it can only be FELT ...
This RaDev heartfelt moment .... well, romantic Eva is going to do justice with her romantic magic !!! ❤️🤗 🥳 👍🏼
And when radhika says ~ koi dekh lega, our Dev has hazirjawaab jawaab ... To ?? Maine to apni patni ka haath pakda hai na ??? Rahika gives worried look .. Achha bhai, hone waali patni ka ... The two have their love talk, while radhika lowers her gaze, sharmaati hai, and agrees to Dev's adhikaar (haq) to hold her hands ... And Dev says ... phir bhi tumse itna door rehna mushkil ho raha hai ... And radhika in her shy style tells Dev ~ meri .... meri .... tasveeron se kaam chalaa ... (My heart sunk when she mentioned the word .... "TASVEER" ...😕
He says ~ MAIN CHAHTA HOON MERA DIN TUMHE DEKHTE HUYE SHURU HO ... AUR MERI RAAT TUMHE DEKHTE HUYE KHATM .... HAM DONO ITNE KAREEB HON KI DUNIYA KO HAM DO NAHIN, EK LAGEIN ...
The writers here seem to have been working overtime .... to write such beautiful script for our Dev ... and directors know how to mold our Dev to express those words with so much ease, emotion and depth ... or DO THEY ????
Radhika tells Dev to hurry up as everyone is waiting for him, and walks away ... leaving Dev alone ....
Daadi doesn't waste a minute and chuckles with Dev to meet radhika for the last time before haldi ki rasm, coz then he wont be able to see her again ~ EK BAAR HALDI LAG GAYI NA, TO EK DOOSRE KI SHAKAL TAK NAHIN DEKH PAYOGE .... TO DEV ... MAIN TUJHSE BHI KAH RAHI HOON, SUNA NA ???? How sweet .... that daadi ....
Radhika touches daadi's feet, goodbyes are exchanged, scene changes and vivek is checking caterers list of invitees to make sure nobody is missed out .... Here DAVIJU gang is laughing about moong ki daal ka halwa for a sahaaranpur waali mausi ... otherwise woh bigad jayegi !!! 😃
Daadi is watching birju hiding something behind his back, tells vivek looks like something else is cooking, follows him to Dev's room, sees Radhika's pictures all over the walls ... so our Dev is caught red-handed !!!
Daadi chuckles again and says ... its okay, its okay .... just make sure you leave some room for the wedding picture !!! Reminds birju to check something with ramesh the photographer ...
In her excitement Daadi tells Dev to decorate "this room" in such a way that .... RADHIKA KO LAGE HI NAHIN KI USSNE ISSE PAHLE .... And suddenly realizes her mistake and like a true "dost" to her Dev .... says .... SORRY, has tears in her eyes .... and walks away ... !!
Babuji is soooo excited about nimantran patrika (invitation card - CD), asks radhika for her approval, she is as usual shy ... and hurriedly walks away ... Babuji is so happy and says to devki ~ Ab sab uch nirvighna sampanna hoga .... But devki is worried and says ~ people wil say that hamne jis wyakti se vishaka ka byah kiya tha, ussi se ....
Amma finds her golden opportunity to bud in and agrees with bahuriya (well of course 😡) and tells lalla that ~ dhindora peet ke batayego ki chhori apne jeeja se saadi karne ja rahi hai ???? Lalla doesn't pay much heed to that ... he knows how to quieten the people who object .... and gets ready to send invitation cards to purohit pariwaar ...
Scene changes and birju is talking to the photographer and asks him to read all the functions listed in the invitation card and to make sure that he reaches on time .... Birju looks at all the prior wedding pictures in the photographer's shop, asks him to remove them all .... as Dev is getting married only now in real sense ...
Birju reaches Dev's room, cleans his messy room, only to find out that our Dev intentionally does that ... so that ~ RADHIKA AAKE MERI KHABAR LE SAKE, ISSI LIYE TO KAMRA MESSY HAI .... Clever ... that Dev .... Looks at the envelope on the coffee table, opens it little bit, birju turns around with a suspicious look on his face ...
DID BIRJU SEE "THE PHOTO" .... IS THE QUESTION ????
(This time ..... I dont think creatives are going to make the photo issue ... another hogwash ... like the karva thaali and vaish scene ...)

Amma has that usual evil and deceitful look when she hears .... Devki divulging the ultimate secret of "THE PHOTO" .... to Radhika ... and asserts that she did indeed see radhika's wedding picture with her own eyes, and ~ KISI NE DEKH LI RADHIKA,TO KYA HOGA BITIYA ???
I dont think any episode thus far has not left us wondering and bewildered, as this time .... I believe there are going to be as many speculations, and/or predictions, as the number of viewers speculating .... Not just about the precap .... but MOST IMPORTANTLY ...... about Dev's reaction .... tomorrow (which was supposedly supposed to be .... today 😲)
Amma will again talk to still-weak-vaish, use her manipulations ... Perhaps this is one of the reasons why creatives have not YET transformed vaish ... as she's perhaps the ONLY mohra amma can keep manipulating ... to meet her evil end .... to NEVER allow a successor to her fav poti vish ...
As far as Dev and Radhika are concerned, I firmly believe that they will ride out, TOGETHER, "the photo" hurdle as well .... Dev DOES NOT misunderstand his Radhika, because he only UNDERSTANDS her ... The two emotions are mutually exclusive ... What's equally, if not more, important to note here is .... how daadi and shastriji are going to react ... and deal with it ... and handle it ...
Is shastriji and devki rishta going to get estranged ??? Only fault that lies with devki is that unhone apna patni dharm nahin nibhaya, by concealing THE TRUTH from her devta-samaan husband ... Is he going to forgive her after knowing that she (and amma) had to do .... what she (and amma) had to do ... under those circumstaces in Jan ???? And that she had no other choice .... to save both the khaandaan's izzat ...
These are humongously and enormously important questions and the creatives are going to have to come up with highly sensible resolutions ..... IMVHO ... This is the only and the very last issue ahead of all of us to resolve and conclude ... collectively .....
