actually the CV's are doing adharma in the name of "hinduism"...we should have a protest against it. They can do anything to their soap, but don't drag my dharma into it. Hindu dharma and indian law do not permit multiple marriage. If you want to declare somebody dead when they are missing, you need to wait 7 years!!

Isn't there the need for mantras, phere...and putting the mangalsutra and then putting the sindur. Even in RaDev's childhood marriage, there were mantras, phere happened between the kids and then Dev put the sindur in little Rads' head and thus they got married

Just by putting the sindur, can Dev be married to Barkha??

I am not approving his actions, rather i myself am highly disappointed of Dev and his actions. More than Dev i am disappointed from the writers... mainly because they showed Barkha unable to offer flowers because she is not Dev's wife...but is successful in getting her maang filled by a man married to some other woman? So are they trying to say, Kanha stopped the smaller adharm...but when the bigger adharm came up, Kanha's hand got tied???

Sia ... i am not as worried about the filling the maang ...i am very sad at the systematic destruction of dev's character ... we dont know what he will be shown doing in the name of duty

a guy who till 2 days back could not even live without rads is now suddenly shown so inhumane that he does not go searching for his wife frantically; he is not even thinking about how to make things right ... and i am now sure they are going down the path of showing that he will marry barkha and live with her for six months ... all in the name of duty ... how are they showing a love story

the writers are obsessed with showing rads as someone who is extremely oppressed by everyone around her (hence the gruesome death) and her fight against barkha who is shown as an all powerful one ... there is no role at all for dev here ... why should kanha come down int he form of rads to intervene ... rads put enough doubts in dev's mind that he could have started piecing things together ...

they are deliberately sidelining and destroying dev's character ... and that is what is sad abt it ... kasam se is a different story from CB . ... cb2 was pitched as a divine love story ... and if they do not resurrect dev's character in a big way and show him marrying barkha and living with her, the show is doomed, if it is not already

Yes, saptapadi is the most important thing. Sindoor can be put anytime but it doesn't complete the wedding. Even in CB1 where Dev didn't know Radhika, they had garland ceremony(that doesn't make it a wedding but is just one more ritual like haldi ceremony etc.) and then there was fire. Dev put sindoor in Radhika's maang and wanted to take her to Delhi but Shastriji didn't allow for it as their marriage was not complete. So that's why he arranged for that saptapadi ceremony with mantras etc and that's when the wedding was completed.

They are making fun of religion in these shows.

I think the CV's are truly portraying the wrong concept of hinduism. They are showing that evil triumphing over Good. What nonsense!!!!Barkha is so eveil and is allowed to killed Kanha devotee without any real hassle. sigh

I don't want to compare shows with CB, I feel CB has it's own potential to reach to the top. Radhika and Dev are doing great acting and I love it. Today was a good eposide except for the fact that Barkha got sindoor in her maang ! But remember guys ! Radhika took 2 phera cycles of the wedding thus she still remains dev's only wife ! No one can replace her as CB!
