No chappals as you brought out a valid point. I am wondering the same thing. Will the ratings go down if they show a strong Radhika or Dev fighting for their rights. Will only scheming get the TRPs. But the precap did show a determined Dev saying a firm no. But lets see the ratings for today's show to see if they increased or went down.

I do hope the creatives are not looking at this on a day by day basis ... people may be curious to see how this track ends but once it does, if both the leads are strong and can overcome all obstacles, is there any story left to tell. And while I will watch the show for Avina, if there is no conflict between the leads and they are strong enough to overcome all other conflicts there will be so many artificial things thrown in like killing one of the leads off, etc to keep the story going
I personally prefer my leads to have some flaws and to have some conflict ... they should be basically good but as the show progresses they should show how they have become better or grown and how they have grown together ... it cannot happen at the beginning of the show
Also, I think the creatives are scared to do anything to the old characterizations ... while Rads from CB2 is very clear and i like how they have characterized her ... Dev's characterization esp prior to losing Rads is something i am struggling with ... would have expected him to be angrier, more resentful while being outwardly servile ... but do I fault the creatives for this ... how many people in the audience are okay with seeing Dev behaving like a servant ??
