Guys I don't think she actually threw away the ashes. Is this an obvious thing or am I the only one thinking wrong? 😕 I think she's only showing an empty urn to get his emotions out but she's not crazy to throw away the ashes of a man's wife! That's his right to do himself! She just wants him to let go because until now he thought that his wife is around but if he sees the empty urn then the waterworks are going to start very soon! Oh and a volcano will erupt. 😕

Wee! I knew I saw it somewhere! So here it is! Chhanchhan is adorbz! She did that on purpose!

Could work both ways ...could be a scare for dadaji so that he accepts his wife is no more , let's go of his emotions and accepts the truth , she finally gives him the original urn to immerse in the river. OR she could have done it ...as technically any family member could do it.

I would prefer the first option.

me think so too.

would love to know if there is a ritual to dispose a dead person ashes...
and can it be taken as something disrespectful for Chhanchhan to get rid of the ashes all by herself..

it would be nice to see dadaji bid a final farewell to his wife...

Yes , their is ..their is a long prayer with a ceremony that you do on the banks of a holy river , before the ashes are immersed ..

No... I think that ChhanChhan took over that right and did the right thing in this situation. I think Dadaji visiting the river to find closure in ChhanChhan's actions will be equally careful to his feelings.

Change is inevitable and, speculating, a lack of recourse is what I feel the story should hinge on.

^just saw that, well... I shall let the story tell itself.

I hope its the first one. Because I really think Dadaji should himself should do all the rites and let go his wife. I also don't think Chanchan would do something like this without Dadaji's permission. Or without letting rest of the family members know.

I agree...and I think Chhanhhan does too...based on the pic and all. 😃
