When a product does not do well, it is not only one person's fault (neither can success be one person's. That is teamwork)

But to blame it all on others is wrong

When a colleague or costar does not act friendly or does not share good vibes it is possible to be hurt (considering you are new FK and SI has an established reputation, we will always go with her and not you)

But that should not impact the quality of work

When you have grievances against your colleague, you state while still working, the way Sanaya bravely did

Not behind the back after quitting. That is cowardice

When you have failed, for whatever reasons, it is important to share the blame

Not heap it all on others and walk away

When you are new to any industry, you may not get the due immediately

But everyone has to work their way up.. SI did and everyone has.

You do not proclaim from day one you rejected so and so producer and think you are the best

Without humility no one learns

Wish you had learnt these professional lessons FK

Because no profession is exception to problems

But you proved

'A bad workman blames his tools'

And this comes from someone who is hard core professional life for 13 years

I was waiting to see your take on this whole nasty issue and i am happy that you came with this post. I wish FK saw it.

Anyways... that makes not too much difference.. because, FK doesn't seem to have an intelligence level or maturity to appreciate your advises. He is just pathetic.

And, yes, i agree with all of your points, specially the last one, really, he proved the age-old teaching that a bad workman blames his tools.

Well said, Rima.
Atleast he takes some positives from now to strive.
He should think twice before opening his mouth. This is Entertainment industry and he should know how to speak before the Media and should focus and improve what went wrong with him instead of blaming others...

from the starting only he was big mouthed...remember him saying in a interview that ekta kapoor
offered him lead role but he rejected it 😆

Completely agree! Couldn't have said it better! No matter what happened, I hope F.K realizes that what he said was completely unacceptable and definitely unprofessional. But since he is a rookie, people make mistakes, and this is probably the first.

I'm just thinking what has he achieved by saying all this? didn't he know that the number of 'fans' he had might not like what he's saying about SI? did he think people will just blindly believe him? someone who's been here only few days where SI has been here many years!

I do really fail to understand his logic behind this interview!

if anything he has lost the few supporters hes had...

of course it must have hit him hard, but to come out like this...

anyway all the best for whatever he does in life and I hope he doesn't make these mistakes again...

I could not agree more Rima. Not only did he blame SI, he also ranted about how "in demand" he had been and how he rejected a famous producer's show!! What is he trying to do? Never get cast again? No one talks down to the likes of Ekta and gets anything good! I think even the seniors in this industry knows that!! So yeh Farhan Kya cheez hain??

I am quite sure now that he used influence to get cast in this role coz I seriously doubt HE did the best audition or screen test for the role!! He is also presumptuous in saying that he left the show before it gets cancelled? Lets see how it goes now!!

He must think no end of himself if he thought fans blamed HIM alone for TRP and also compared him to Barun? What a joke?? Of course he was a contributing factor to the dropping TRP, coz lets face it, no one was enjoying seeing SI with him coz the difference in their respective talent was jarring to watch!! As for the comparison to Barun...I won't even go there!! Lol

In all, this guy showed that he is unprofessional and also full of it, in addition to being talentless!!
