can someone tell me a good animated avatar making software i tried video avatar but it keeps closing and the video is upside down. plz help me if u can. 😳

Members please keep in mind the rules before posting questions here. I understand that everyone wants to learn alot of different techniques. But you have to remember that posting other ppl's works as examples is not allowed. If you know who made the certain creation, ask THEM! It is their creation, and possibly their idea, so it is best discussed with the maker. If that doesn't work (if it honestly doesn't work) then you can ask us and we will try to help you.

Resizing w/o Losing Quality

Supplies Needed:

PSP/PS

Pic of ur choice

Hey guys! This is a tutorial on how to resize pictures without loosing the quality!!

First, open up whichever picture you want to use.

Then, go to the Pan tool [the hand that is the 1st button on the toolbar on the left] and zoom OUT [by clicking on the magnifying glass on the toolbar on top] according to how small you want your picture to be.

Now, to capture it, go ahead and take a screenshot of it. [prt screen on ur keyboard]

Open it up in Psp, [edit>paste>paste as a new image]

Now go to your crop tool, and crop everything besides the picture.

There you have it!! So next time, just zoom out, take a screen shot, and crop!!
