ikr? stupid evil ph and channel. initially when i heard the news of them killing off agastya and bringing his look alike, i thought it'll be a memory loss drama but now it seems like it's confirmed that it's a brand new character

naira dying was somewhat justified but still it's evil to kill of the leads and have the actors play another character in the same show

Anyhow. you knoww who's playing ML's bua (paternal aunt) here? Khushi's payal jiji from iss pyar ko

she is also a vamp and looks so different here. but i recognized her immediately and confirmed she is deepali.

Is there really no hope he could be agastya? perhaps if TRPs drop, you never know, they will show he's agastya and the one who died was this twin/lookalike. they're doing similar thing in kulfi kumar bajewala's marathi version. they showed kulfi's mom didn't die but her twin sister died as they wanted to show her as FL.

oh i dont remember the og bengali kulfi doing the same...btw fun fact the actress who plays imlie now (Adrija) played kulfi's new mom in the bengali version. kulfi's dad had remarried her step mom who tortured her a lot. later adrija's character was introduced as a singer/teacher who adored kulfi a lot. slowly kulfi's dad falls in love with her and marries her. i think that was the ending as well but i didn't watch the show regularly to know for sure

omg really? i'm happy for deepali, i have seen her in other shows too so glad to know she's being active post ipk

yeah that bua is sooo evil, i always hated her guts. btw they showed her back story in the bengali show where she faced a lot of issues early in her life which in turn made her so toxic and jealous

Wow. Adrija is a seasoned actor, i could tell.

Bengali version was much better than hindi one then. i hated that stepmom and how that ML kind of cheated on kulfi's mom

marathi version is also going good. with the real mom being alive, it becomes proper ML-Fl and kid story.

deepali surely got more work compared to other supporting cats of IPK. I am happy for her too.

@bua - I will look forward to her backstory then. so far, they revealed she was married against her wishes by ML's mother. that's she hates ML and his mom.

i think the bengali dad also cheated on kulfi's mom with the stepmom but they still showed him as the bechara

wow the marathi one sounds so much better with the real mom being alive, i wish the other versions also showed that. in the bengali one adrija was too young to be kulfi's real mom so she was introduced as a new character
