Today Raghav did give a reality check to Pallavi. I'm expecting some more to come when she goes back to the Mansion tomorrow or the day after. I don't think they'll drag it for too long now because the makers are well aware of the FD's anger.

I'm more disappointed by the way they have written Pallavi in this track. This was supposed to be a Pallavi centric track because it is related to her past. Mandar iska ex-husband hai, Raghav ka nahi. But they have written RR's part with more details. His pain, his hurt, his distress, his fear of losing Pallavi, his anger towards Mandar and the D-fam is highlighted properly with full detailing and Pallavi's script is totally lacking. Completely one sided writing in this regard.

Now, I really want the kheer kaand to be out in the open because that is one instance where Pallavi is not responsible. She talked to Aai about that night but she only told that Raghav was angry and asked her to talk to him. Kyon gussa tha, kya hua tha, nahi bataya. Amma se baat karni chahi to unhone seedha bol diya ki jo hua usko bhool jao when she clearly saw Mandar taking Pallavi upstairs in his arms when she was unconscious. Arre koi to batao isko ki kya Mahabharat hui thi!!

You see, somewhere along the line I blame RR too for like 10% of the mishap. Not for his idiocy or deliberate dumbing down but actually for not holding his ground when for the first time Pallu wanted to help Mandy.

Let me quote Maleficent from OUAT - "There are lines that even we shouldn't cross."

Their relation being at the nascent stage doesn't mean RR can't exert certain rights. Every relation has certain rules. If I am married for even 3 days and my husband wants to help his ex, I will surely tell him about my apprehension and stop him from going all the way.

So that's a part where even RR disappointed me.

Baaki raha RR ka detailing, may be it's because makers know RR is more popular than Pallu and FD is crazy about his angst.

But personally I feel it's crappy storytelling because once you build a couple, both deserves equal and timely importance. Why shoving shirtless, angry RR all the time when certain plots are more related to Pallu? But TRP ka khel hain BOSS! Hum kuch nahi kar sakte.

Obviously RR is also to be blamed... In fact, in the beginning, I find him more in error than Pallavi. He never held his ground in the beginning. He should have talked it out with her and told his apprehension but he made it seem that he was completely fine with her going and helping Mandy.

Plus he knew what are Mandy's intentions (although I do doubt whether he realizes the extent of danger that Pallavi is in) but he didn't talk to Pallavi when he had proofs. He could have shown that text from Mandar and warned her but no, instead, he chose to hold a photoshoot and send a selfie to Mandar with a voice message indirectly accepting his challenge and adding fuel to the fire which was already lit in Mandar's head and heart.

Plus he blurted out everything when Pallavi was lashing out at him for not trusting her and his words surely didn't register because she wasn't in the right frame of mind.

He should have sat down and had a talk with her. He even had opportunities for that but he didn't. Pallavi had clearly told him to always talk out whatever is there in his head and heart but here, he didn't.

Wo to hai... RR is more popular in the FD as compared to Pallavi and hence, they always highlight him more. It has been done right from the beginning. His pain, hurt and tragic past has always been highlighted whereas we don't even know 10% of Pallavi's past, the troubles she faced after Mandar's "death" and all that.

It is crappy storytelling at its best... Here, the makers completely fu**ed up.

Exactly my point!! Once a couple is built, both of them need to be given equal and timely importance but here again, its completely one sided writing. Plus Pallavi's character has been completely butchered in this track.

Since I agree with every word, I am not quoting again. You can enjoy specific clips at best but as a whole the writing sucks.

On a funny note, why do I keep finding myself in the same situation again & again? 🤪 This is exactly what I told Jigyasa the other day - you can't center a show around one lead, specially when it's a romantic show no matter from whose POV the story is written. 😆

Yes, discussion tyag toh kiya hai, thoda sa Nikki ke sath hota hai.. But it's cool cos mere perspective alag hai, so it's actually good to not participate.

This is exactly what I am doing right now... The writing of this track absolutely sucks and hence, I'm only watching a few clips here and there.

I can understand. A show can not be centered around one lead specifically when it is a love story... kisi ke bhi POV se story dikhayi jaaye, both the leads are equally important for it.

Same! Though I want something but expectations low hai mere, except Kaveri ka show. Am excited but confident am going to like others, toh thoda dur rehna hai muze. 😂
