I actually think he is a tough nut to crack precsiely because his statements keep changing so frequently. He can say one thing here in front of the CBI and might just do a whole 180 when the trial starts. You need witnesses that you can rely on. Not really sure to be honest. He couldn't take Arnab's questions and ran away when the interview wasn't even in person and on the phone. In one of the times now interviews he just refused to let his mask go even when he was sitting at his home while being interviewed. As you said his inconsistencies clearly show that he is there to only lookout for himself. This can turn into his weakness as well if he is given a good deal to tell the truth. He is being called so many times. There is definitely something that the CBI has either found in him or they know something and they are getting him to speak it out. But, Pithani is just so crucial to this investigation. His word can turn the entire investigation around.

Sushant Singh Rajput's business partner Varun Mathur to be grilled by ED02 SEPTEMBER 2020 12:44 IST | ENGLISH | GENERAL AUDIENCE

Varun Mathur, Sushant Singh Rajput's business partner has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate today. Times Now's Aruneel says this summon will be significant as Varun Mathur was the business partner of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He was also a director in one of the companies floated by Sushant Singh Rajput.

The financial misappropriations are being probed by the ED. Varun Mathur is a key component on the financial angle being probed. Was there financial mishandling in this company? Did his business partner Varun Mathur, financially exploit Sushant Singh Rajput?
All these questions will be thoroughly interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate.

My guess is that their lawyer doesn't want every evidence they have to be out in public. Priyanka was the closest to Sushant before the rift happened. They patched up and he apologised but it is still hard to know as to how much in touch they were during those last few months. Maybe Priyanka knows a lot. Maybe she doesn't. But like you said, she is a lawyer. Not to mention someone who was closest to him so knows Sushant inside out. I wish she would come out and speak but at the same time I understand if it's a strategy on their part. Shweta is speaking but she is coming at this from a more emotional point which is expected since this is her brother we are talking about. But I feel when so much BS is being spoken then you need to counter that one by one as well which her husband is doing through his blogs. But it's one thing to blog and another to give an interview.

Anywho....let's see what their lawyer has to state. So far I have found him quite composed and on point.

I agree completely. An answer to an interview has to be another interview and it needs to be on a leading channel so that it reaches a wider audience. Rhea did her interview in Hindi and not English because of the number of people she will be able to reach through Hindi. The same needs to be done here and it has to be someone who can speak factually and calculatingly. Not a word here and there that can jeopardize the family's case which makes me think that only Priyanka can do it.

Sushant Singh Rajput made sister Priyanka Singh a nominee in new investments month before death

A news portal has shared Sushant Singh Rajput’s chats with a private bank employee which indicate that the late actor made his sister Priyanka Singh a nominee in some bank investments, about a month before his death on June 14.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s newly accessed chat messages with a bank employee have pointed out that the actor did not have a strained relationship with his family, especially his sister Priyanka Singh, as he had made her a nominee in new investments made in May, 2020. The actor was found dead at his Bandra home on June 14.

India Today have shared chat messages exchanged between Sushant and the private bank employee dated May 20-21. The chats indicates the two had a conversation regarding some investments.

Earlier, chat messages dated June 8 between Sushant and Priyanka had revealed that the latter had sent him a prescription from Delhi in picture format on cellphone, recommending three antidepressants and anti-anxiety medicines. In the messages, Priyanka asked Sushant to take Librium for a week, Nexito everyday and to keep Lonazep ‘handy’ for when there is anxiety attack. “If anything, one can say it is on online consultation,” she said.

Talking about the same, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had told India Today, “Rhea Chakraborty in her statements to the CBI and ED said that on June 8, Priyanka had chatted with Sushant. She asked Sushant to take three different medicines without prescription. Rhea protested as she said that he was already taking medicines prescribed by Sushant’s doctors. Rhea had an argument with Sushant regarding the same and then Sushant asked her to leave. Rhea then called her brother, Showik Chakraborty, to take her home.”

Sushant’s father KK Singh’s lawyer Vikas Singh recently said that the family was only aware about the actor dealing with anxiety. He had told Indian Express that it ‘does not contradict our story in any manner’. “The family did not know he was having any psychiatric problems. Yes, he had informed the family about anxiety and his sister was doing some self-medication. Since there was a lockdown, she got a prescription from Delhi,” he said.
