Both girls, Saloni and Ahaana have shown to be pregnant, right before and after their marriages. What examples are being set for the new gen? Girls need to be stable both financially and physically to handle this.

This is why I always feel the whole nayi soch tagline is an illusion. Now once the modern female protagonist screw up the writer gets to justify why patriarchal societies are important and why the " modern woman " is root cause of all issues. Here for instance we had a mother daughter duo who began as flawed individuals but very much human and to an extent relatable. The mother was no typical cooking shopping groceries and being spiritual praying for the well being of her offsprings and pati and daughter was no ideal beti. Writers had a great opportunity to show how there are flawed individuals who still thrive and lead a life of dignity honour and with values but nope we simply can't do away with the gopis, simar and The likes. They've to shove it down our throats why women like gopis are needed and not ones like Laila who was practically stuck with a glass in her hand. We wonder when change will come but I see nothing changing

On a lighter note: ahana is pregnant so fast 😲 now that was fast 😆 old fella has quiet an active life wonder how he survived all this while 🤣 sorry couldn't help it.

What is wrong with me if I like an unconventional female lead who is a bit selfish, self absorbed ,manipulative, greedy and doesn't use her brain at all? I find her innocent instead of being mahaan . She is breaking stereotypes other FLs have created over the years.
