Ranveer-Deepika to produce films together?

We can hardly wait to see where Ranveer and Deepika take their careers and the future of Bollywood cinema.

Would their personal association now be extended into the professional? The answer is an emphatic yes.

The red-hot couple plan to co-produce films together. In fact, Deepika has already made the move into production with Laxmi, a film on the acid-attack victim of the same name, to be directed by Meghna Gulzar.

Ranveer, we hear, will soon announce his production plans with his new wife. Says a source in the know, "Ranveer has two major releases, Simbba and Gully Boy in December 2018 and February 2019 respectively. These are solo-hero films that are expected to prove his popularity categorically at the box office. After these two films are released Ranveer will plunge into his production plans. The joint ventures with Deepika will not necessarily feature the two in the cast but might feature new comers. But the idea is to take cinema to the next level with their collaboration.
