I got sick today..

Today I went out with mum (holiday)it was a good day.. But the heat and the extreme sun triggered my migraine and after coming home it was so severe i vomited all out.

This summer is not suiting me at all!

I had to have a sound sleep in a dark room for couple of hours with my migraine meds to wear it off 🤔

These severe migraines are signs of me being under extreme mental pressure...or of I'm under a lot of mental stress. I can't seem to understand what the hell i'm so stressed out for! 😆
