am only saying none is above the law absolutely no one be it defense personal... judge or politician ...no one is above the law

If a crime is committed they should be prosecuted ...proper jurisdiction should be done but afspa is acting as a shield to defense personal... am not saying remove it no god forbid no...but pls modify it ...if a defense personal has committed a crime he/ she should not be protected ...

Years back army personal stormed into a village in kash took their man for interrogation and raped the woman some where even pregnant... till now not even single one was prosecuted ...

and some can say how to trust kashmiris they don't support us...yesss they don't support us in cricket cause even though talented not even one player was included in Indian squad till now ...

Jessi, I disagree. The pak govt is a puppet of USA. The army has made Pakistan great. I love the army for everything they have done when poor innocents were slaughtered in Peshawar.

You know I have many pakistani friends in the forum and outside of the forum. It always saddens me when the matter of Ind vs pak comes up. We are essentially the same nation (I am someone who finds the partition painful) The partition was a loss to both nations. Only if people weren't blinded by religion millions of people wouldn't have been homeless, millions wouldn't have died. Kashmir question wouldn't have existed, Kargil wouldn't have happened, Mumbai or Pathankot wouldn't have happened, hate crimes wouldn't have happened, conflicts wouldn't have happened. If only.

But no the selfish interests of our ancestors had to be fulfilled.

Ki pak army is good for their own country but they are the big hurdle for the relations BTW India and pak ...u know ISI na their secret service agency... they are no of proofs which suggest they are involved with terrorist organizations

Yes pak is a puppet in d hands of USA but they aren't a victim they need USA for arms ...ne USA in turn uses them
