Seems to me like they have bungled up the transition of a Nandu mourning/coping with Manik's loss and forming new friendships...she talks of pain but it doesn't seem to come across.

That is what I'm saying...transition is non-existent...I haven't seen the early epis either but if the one epi I saw was any indication, I feel Niti is struggling with how to portray a Nandu both shattered over Manik's loss but still trying to be strong and keep moving forward with her life...they needed to portray both a sense of pain and emptiness alongside the optimistic attempts she was making.

Either it's a result of the terrible writing or it's just outside the scope of Niti's abilities as an actress to navigate that complexity...or maybe both😆

Niti gets friendly with every Tom, Dick and Harry at the drop of a hat and if Nitians start shipping that person with her simply for being "nice" to her, bass...lag gayi waatt uss bande ki! 😆

Also, in case you guys didn't know- both me and Sam have found out the pattern of lies these "sources" come up with- they seem to indirectly sell PaNi as a "couple" and demonize every freaking male and female either of them are friendly with...on sets or off it!

A few days into the start of S2, I heard some "source" coming up with an explanation to Niti's anger on Twitter which every sane fan associated with PP ditching at the last moment and the cast bearing the brunt of fans' hatred towards S2...it said the reason she got angry because Uttu and Yuvi were app "bullying" Niti. Uttu and Yuvi were enacting MaNan scenes and Uttu asked Niti to recreate the kiss scene and it happened in front of Karan's eyes and he didn't protest.

A day after this story came out, Yuvi, Karan and Niti posed together for a photo, looking all happy. 😆

Now you know what I mean.
