How comes Surbhi has become so generous on KaBhi and VarBhi fans 😲😆. She is liking KaBhi pics and VarBhi pics in a regular basis !

Yup 😆 I have seen some people who are always present in each and every event and most if the time it doesn't have anything to do with them but just to mark their presence.

And their captions have special mention for their Darling best friend Ekta. 😆
