Read KMG yesterday. It doesn't say he floated in a basket on the river a la Moses, just that Kunti cast him into the waters. Which can mean anything.

Also Adirath says he was born with the armor. Adirath didn't see him when he was born. So it could have been actual impenetrable armor that Kunti sent with him.

Vasusena was his birth name. Karna name he got, after KK daan. I think we should stick to the character's original names.

Yes Vasusena is what I will call K. And regarding KK, just like you said how about giving it to soldiers (right?) so Kundalas were with him. And as an armour I will just mention Kunti giving an armour for him. That is not invincible or something but just a normal armour. 😊
