It's not extra defensiveness Anu. It's just that it is true, the MF really overreacts whenever Nandini does anything. But if the same thing is done by Manik, it is ok. It's crazy really!

And I have read posts personally. Just when the pandit track started and I was like are you serious?! And in the same thread Manik was defended for not realising about Soha sooner!

Edit: And in the AT, I have seen both being called out on when they are wrong and both being defended when they are right.

I really dunno which MF you guys are looking at...other than the usual threads about Manik worship, I didn't see anything earth-shatteringly against Nandu Devi that is upsetting everyone so much...just yesterday infact I saw someone make a thread about how Nandu isn't some toy to be bounced around b/w three guys...


I'm against worship in any form...be that of Manik or Nandu...and AT is more about making EXCUSES and finding far fetched justifications for anything Nandu does😆...

I have seen topics and posts in the past in the MF and I am not talking about any of the ATs or the EDT.

I don't know if they are excuses or not, but many a times, they actually make sense.

Anu did you watch the episode? I came to read your review but I don't see any.

Watched the epi...thoughts below:


1) Making Nandu GROVEL for forgiveness in the first scene was an OTT idea...upar se SUDDEN crying bout😕😆...there's a fine line b/w innocence and dumbness...clearly Nandini Murthy has trouble navigating it aajkal...strength toh waise hi expect karna bekaar hai.


They should have played it more subtly ...made it more about her being mischievous even as she feels wary of his anger.


2) Manik's transition of expressions b/w "I am so super upset cuz you lied to me" to all of a sudden feeling AMUSED at how she was willing to do ANYTHING...thoda jhol in transition😆...wish they had instead let the transition come after she hugs him...giving it a sense of poignancy before the humor kicked in...otherwise the back hug was nice.



3) The running around the car, "catch me if you can" was cute and very much them...inside the car bit mein actually their expressions weren't as bad as I was dreading reading all the reactions here all day...lol thought they did fine despite the cramped space...the strap pulling up bit was lost in all the HAIR😆...also the fact that he had to use both hands to get it back in place...😆...ever so gingerly...don't think they really managed to build a whole moment around it like they could have...the "wait for what?" bit turned out better...



4) Manik's reactions were quite bipolar today...starting with the odd transition I mentioned above and later on after he gets the keys from her and she's trying to leave, how he suddenly switches mood again to talk to her in a grave tone about never lying to him...then again switched back to playful mood and told her she owes him more stuff at the concert😕😆


5) Nandu saying, "IT'S GROWING, Manik"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 How do they say these lines with a straight face?🤣



6) Manik-Navya scene was amusing.



Precap had a sweet vibe to it despite the GANDHARI roop😆...like a sense of poignancy coming in about impending "doom" regarding the concert.

I also did not like how he suddenly got all serious after the moment in the car.
