I don't see any reason to close the AT yet. Yes, I am not interested in the story anymore but that does not mean others are not. Now, the AT is not even members-only. Anyone can come and discuss AnSh/Anandi in there. We should wait and see.

I have been attached to the AT for almost 2.5 yrs and closing the AT is a BIG thing for me. I want to give it some more time before even thinking in that direction.

Was watching MC, team reached Kerala.

They were cooking food on ' chulha' amid smoke , using clay pots and other traditional things.

Poor girls were having tears in eyes due to smoke, what is the pt to torture them like this.

Do not think in Kerala, they cook food using traditional things now a days.

Finished watching ' Haider ' too.

In last part Shahid and Tabbu both were good.

Shahid specially in that ' Bul-Bul e Gul 'Song .

Adaptation wise it was good , remained true to original play mostly . I liked the changed ending that ' Intkam se Aazad hue bina aazzadi nahi milsakti' .

But why director set the play in Kashmir's sensitive background ?

Sushmita Mukherjee becomes Kanta dadi

Actress Sushmita Mukherjee will sport a completely different look for her character in the TV show Gangaa. She will be seen as Kanta Dadi, a widow who represents the rigidity of old customs.

She despises the free spirit of Gangaa (Ruhana Khanna), the child widow, as it mocks her own compromised identity.
Unlike the conventional dadis seen on TV, Sushmita will not be seen with streaks of grey hair, but cropped haircut to portray the role of a widow. The look has been tailor-made to accentuate not only her strong facial features, but also a highly complex character. She will also be seen wearing a rudrakshmala. She says, "It feels good to play such a powerful character after a long time. I have done various roles in the past, but this one is close to my heart. I had a wonderful time shooting with Ruhana and I am in awe of her innocence."

I think going by the recent pictures floating around in bird land someone looks like he is trying to do something different.

Just by going by his recent looks it is difficult to imagine that he was Shiv till a month ago

DD's black dress was more of my area of attention in that pic - TACKY is the word for it😳 though she does have a beautiffful face

If I ever write an autobiography - I will name it as Troubles and Travails of NON ACADDAMNIC in a UNIVERSE OF ACADDAMINCS

Just been told that I have to go as an examiner for University exam when the exam is about to start😡

Me the non academic AND non intellectual bent on staying that way and at the same time incharge of planning academic programmes directed at educating the UGs PGs and training doctors who come for all over India just to spend some time with us to learn something from us.😛

Square peg in a round hole - Trying to retain my squareness and yet doing everything to try and fit into the round hole without losing my shape or destroying the hole and yet trying to fulfill the requirements of the peg.This is the whole and total sum of my life.

Probably this is why I undertand and connect with a certain character😛😆

Hello all.😊

Finally bit free from project that had me tied over the last few days.

Trying out a new serial on Zee that began yesterday. Servicewaali Bahu. Being made by the same people who made "Afsar Bitiya", which on the whole was good except for the portions where they tried to stretch it beyond need.

This one has many familiar faces from the same serial. Kind of gives a connect. 😃

Lead is Kratika Sengar. Have seen her off and on in Punar Vivaah. She was good. Don't know about others.

First episode was interesting. Let us see how it pans out and sustains my interest.
