and for idiappams, is there a version of mixing ragi flour ? 😕

In those, jack fruit tree leaf baskets, Mangloreans make 'kotto'

Same Idli batter steamed in those baskets...

Very tasty...they are tastier than regular idlis.. 😳

It was red coz of promenade juice not ragi flour. 😆

Do your MIL add that in it?
