I'll start off with what went best, and that was the Thai green curry. It tasted amazing along with plain rice. It tasted brilliant, and I got the balance quite well 😆, so that was something everyone at home loved. Thanks for the recipe, this is a new favorite at home, mom made it once more when guests came over too. 😆

As for the baking, I tried out the egg less banana walnut cake and the egg less chocolate cake. Well the first time I tried the egg less chocolate cake, it came out a bit bitter and slightly soggy in the center, 😭 so I'm guessing something went wrong with the baking soda-sugar ratio that I put in. And second, I tried the wlanut cake which came out perfectly. ❤️ It wasn't too dense and tasted heavenly. 😆

I tried the chocolate cake again, and second time around I followed the recipe to the T and it came out so much better. I made it for a friends birthday, and a lot was riding on that one. But it came out all good. *pheww* 😆 And the fact that it's egg less has got my mom all riled up. 😆

I'm yet to try out the Orange cake, the one I want to try out the most. But oranges here arent too great, so the zest is a little too sour-bitter. 😭

But overall thank you soo much, I finally did some productive work in the kitchen, other than eating. 🤗
