OK, I met up with my ticketing agent first thing in this gloomy Monday morning and made a simple request...

He looks at me as if I have 2 horns (or 2 million horns) coming out of my head... get all flushed and flabbergasted, clears his throat... and goes "ma'am we don't provide that kind of service"

...and blushes 😲

The way he is begaving you would think I asked him to set me up with someone (Sobti perhaps?) or kidnap someone (Sobti again?) and my request is very very simple and very very legal and very very very innocent... pakka... 😉
