Hmm jagat died in 1619 at age of 46 quiet young for a Mughal/rajputh empress(she was empress and senior most wife of jehangir till 1615 when nur jahan took over) majority lived 70s-80s. Both Shah jahan and Jehangir mourned her death and shah jahan built her a tomb in agra that was sold by british and her tomb was demolished. Wonder where they buried that poor lady, they could have buried her in taj mahal only with shah jahan instead of some isolated remote place in MP that no one knows. I feel sorry for her all life she longed for her son and final decade of life nur jahan took over her place in Jehangir life and harem and empire. But she was a fighter and gave tough competition to nur jahan till last few years of life.

This lady real name was jodh bai from birth. She was princess of jodhpur. When Jehangir accepted Jainism diksha his name was ordained as jagat guru and hers as jagat goasin this was after he became emperor.

Akbar wife name was not jodh bai ever it was heera kunwari or heera bai

Nissa tells her younger brother that padshah begum has to send a letter to some Mughal family

member and no one should know. He gives her some idea of disappearing ink.

Daniyal comes with gifts from Kashmir for padshah begum(PD) and PD says what happened? Daniyal says that you know what PB that Akbar's illness few years back was not illness it was attempt to kill him. PB looks at him and says you are small do not talk above your age. Daniyal says that is my problem I proved myself in Kashmir but still all think of me as kid.

Nissa sitting and writing letter and elder brother comes. He is tensed as he is made assistant to Salim by Akbar. He says to nissa should I accept or reject this offer. Nissa says why accept it as Salim will be next emperor. Brother says no, I think daniyal is more fit to be emperor. Nissa says only Salim shall be next emperor you see and you have no option but to accept this post as it Shahenshah order. Also if you are with Salim you will become more influential. Elder bro says I think you are right. Nissa says now that you accepted this offer of Akbar, can you please pass my message to Salim. Elder bro shocked and Nissa says that Salim likes her and wanted to meet her so I am sending a message to him. Mahabat Khan with a cocubbine and he says do you not know my importance. Girl laughs and says apart from being Salim friend no one cares for you here. Asaf Khan, elder bro of Nissa is showing sword fighting skill. Salim says to Koka that he is good and koka says not so good that Akbar made him your dai ma(nurse maid) and Salim smiles. Asaf Khan comes and bows to Salim and gives him his sword and tells him to check it and if he likes accept it. Salim says no need and accepts it. AK tells Salim that he is nissa brother and takes a letter and gives to Salim saying nissa gave it. Salim says I shall not hide from you anything but I like your sister and leaves with letter. MK comes and says Salim impt news daniyal getting close to PD. Salim says not now I am busy and goes to his room. He opens letter but its blank and he says what game this girl is playing with me and starts burning it when he sees words.

Salim reads letter and Nissa has told that her brother thought this trick and she will meet him tonight. Salim puts shawl and comes to PD palace. Khurram playing with Nissa on horse and she says sleep but he says not now after some more time.
