I really dont know the complete story but from what I understand here is my analysis:

Gautam's mom adviced Gautam to think of everyone as "apna".
That is what he is going to listen.
If Pritam's wife adviced Pritam to stay away from Gautam, then Pritam's wife is also playing the game. Which is not correct.

Dayan is full on planning to ruin Gauti's chances of winning and the sad part is gautam is acting dumb..Why isnt he getting Dayan's evil plan..i thought he was smarter.. :(

Actually in one of the tasks "unchi hai building" when Pritam got hurt, he did not play and he did not let Gautam play. so it is other way round. Pritam influenced Gautam.

Pritam and Praneet never followed what Gautam said. Infact they backstabbed him.

For me this season was is and will be about my support for Gautam

If he's losing it, and that too because of something like Dian, then I am honestly never watching BB again

But in episodes they didn't show Pritam in bad light... It's only Puneet and Gautam in bad light always...

His wife might not have seen Uncensored vedios or LF ...she is busy with kid I don't think so she got any time to check Twitter or Facebook... She gave her judgement by main episodes... Even we can not blame his wife... It's clearly Pritam fault... He knows the truth...
