Thanks for the useful info. My grandma used to cook in earthen pots in my nanihaal ad the food used to taste grrreat 😳. Yeah stainless steel is the best. Kadhais with copper bottom are supposed to be the best.

Now you can offer coaching classes to newly weds 😆.

Not just newly weds, to everyone who are not aware of perils of using unhealthy choice utensils. Health is wealth after all. I Can surely lend classes on how to cook in stainless steel without burning the bottom may be based on net research lol. Between below are tips:
1. Always buy good quality steel such as 18/10 with copper or aluminum core.
2. Preheat the pan before adding oil, cook on medium heat. Use wood or silicon spatulas.
3. Soak in hot water after cooking is done, use distilled vinegar or bar keepers friend to get rid of discoloration.

Overheating and abuse may result in severe discoloration and pitting but yet safe to make food without compromising health.

Howz the write up?

You are most welcome! Honest confession, I cook once in a week but posing as a professional cook...I am full of Internet knowledge with no real experience...I am still waiting for Amazon to deliver the set to my door steps 😳 and all the above stuff is my own preparation to face stainless steel cooking challenge.
